Ordered a cake here a week in advance had the lady who took our order take a picture of a cake that was already in their case that we wanted made for a party when we came to pick up the cake it looks nothing like what it was supposed to look like took forever to get it fixed after the first lady messed it up more, and then when we cut into it at the party it was chocolate instead of the vanilla cake we ordered, cake was moist and did taste good to family members who could eat chocolate but we ordered a vanilla because some family members were allergic to chocolate. First manager we spoke to tried to Gaslight me and tell me that it looked fine and I was overreacting second manager I spoke to was nice and did end up giving the cake for free still this was my first and probably last time ever ordering with this Bakery

This Kroger suffers from poor inventory and a seeming lack of staff. Just hoping more grocery stores will open soon in Prosper. Maybe competition will encourage them to improve.

This store is the worst. Order groceries online at 5 am for a 1 pm pickup and they can’t have it ready. They said they texted it lied. Never have a problem any other time with texts. If you can’t handle the demand, don’t offer the service. They are as bad as Walmart. Avoid this store. Wasted my time and gas. Y’all suck.

My husband waited for over an hour in the pick up line this evening, after our order was pushed out by an hour. They didn’t begin shopping for the order until after he arrived. I’ve also had wait times up to 45 minutes only to be told that half of my groceries were out of stock (no text messages about out of stock or substitutions). Defeats the purpose of the “time saving and convenient” pickup. Their service has rapidly declined in the last few months. Not cool Kroger, not cool! Unfortunately there aren’t many options in the area, but I will no longer shop at this location. Their terrible customer service really makes me miss my beloved H-E-B!

I hate this Kroger. It is extremely disappointing. My wife says that it is uninspiring. 1. Many common items are always out-of-stock. I ask the clerks to check in the back, but their response is usually, "No, we don't have it because no one ordered it again". 2. I spend minutes during every visit picking through the expired items looking for fresh ones. Last time they had a case filled with yogurt they stocked that day - they stocked the shelves with items that expired over a
