Tried the drive in window 3 days in a row. The first time my sandwich looked just like this. Gave it another shot and it was a pretty good sandwich. Go back the third time today and it’s just a sad sandwich. Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Fresh bengals and they even have Lox! Mary Elizabeth is so helpful and friendly!☀️☕️
I visited Legacy Bagels and ordered the California sandwich, asking for bacon instead of ham. Unfortunately, the bacon was either undercooked or fatty, and I’m not sure why I received it like that. What’s even more disappointing is that the person who made it looked like me. It’s frustrating to be given something like that. Additionally, the customer service was poor. Yesterday, a woman made the same sandwich and it was perfect, which is why I came back for another. However, they were out of the jalapeño cheddar bagel. I didn’t bring it up because I shouldn’t have to—especially when you know the bacon was undercooked. Why would you serve that to a customer? I don’t know if he was having a bad day or frustrated and I pray it gets better . But don’t treat people like that. I said have a great day and he was silent .

I found this place the other day and stopped by. The bagels were great. Went again this morning, and they were terrible, old, definitely not right.

Forgot to add egg to my breakfast sandwich and their garlic aioli tastes rancid. I've never eaten something so rancid tasting that it blew out my entire palate.

Had a serious food safety issue here, took time to email the webpage, no one cared, just like when they laughed when I told the employees when it happened at the store. Clearly mgmt/owner don’t care. Stay away, kids, no food safety… very nasty story.

Absolutely amazing bagels! Value and customer service are incredible! Their sandwiches are not pre-made so it takes a couple of more minutes to get your order. The bagels are baked on-site. Fresh, chewy on the outside and soft inside and delicious! Definitely my favorite bagels in the area. Much higher quality than chain any area. We will be back often!

I was here pretty early and was immediately served. I had everything bagel with regular cream cheese. The cream cheese was good, and they are generous with the amount that I greatly appreciate and toasted. However, my bagel had a bit of a burnt seed taste and also had the flavor of a cinnamon roll. It's wasn't bad at all but I was not in the mood for a sweet bagel... the place was clean the service was good and the prices were fare.. just my everything tasted like a toasted everything cinnamon roll.

Good Bagels, but their prices are Ridiculous. Come on. $3.29 for a poppy bagel?!!! Its only dough. Better (and cheaper) alternative now available in Prosper.
First visit here. I decided on a toasted sesame bagel with plain cream cheese. Bagel was delicious and they definitely don’t skimp on the cream cheese. It had a nice thick layer. Restaurant was clean. Employees were friendly.

I stopped in today with no knowledge of the restaurant. Just drove by the area and thought a bagel sounds good. It was around 1pm so after the lunch rush and close to closing time. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and quick but he didn't make me feel rushed to make an order.
The bagel was super fresh, even at the "end of the day". The veggie cream cheese was okay, no my favorite only because I like to see the veggie pieces and this was smooth. The chive cream cheese was delicious.
Overall, I would absolutely stop again if in the area!
