What the heck has happened to Marco’s Pizza? The quality and taste used to be excellent. They were my favorite take out pizza chain. I’ve noticed it going downhill over the past year. But tonight was so bad, I felt compelled to share my experience. I ordered a thin crust mushroom and green pepper pizza. It was dry, hardly any sauce, very little cheese, mushrooms definitely from a can, green peppers so sparse almost non existent. I used to bite into a hot, bubbly cheesy, chewy crust Marco’s pizza with great enjoyment. I don’t know what has happened to their quality control, but I wouldn’t even think it was the same company now. I think I’ve only written a negative review twice ever. This is only the second time. But this pizza was so bad that after eating a couple pieces, I gave up and just tossed the rest out. It wasn’t even enjoyable enough to bother eating. If you’re listening Marco’s top management… get your act together and go back to the delicious pizza recipe you used to serve or I doubt the chain will remain in business very long. Dominos is better and less expensive. And Marco’s used to be in a whole different league than Domino’s.

Tried ordering online and it kept saying unable to send, so I called the store and placed an order, the store over charged me double the amount and when I called back they would not honor the discount.

We got delivery and we were missing one of the garlic cups. The pizza was cold. When I’m telling you it looked like the pizza had been sitting out for an hour, I’m not exaggerating. It was dry and shriveling up and the bottom of the box had a ton of grease. It wasn’t good and there were basil flakes on the pizza and I do not like basil toppings and I didn’t order it either. I hate to say it but I will not order from here again. It’s not my first disappointment here but it will be my last because I cannot waste anymore money. Entirely too expensive to have a terrible order delivered. When I’ve picked up pizza inside the store on other occasions, the staff were cussing and being inappropriate.

Got our delivery order just 15 minutes after placing it online, amazing speed! After a long day of travel, we truly appreciated how fast the pizzas arrived. They were piping hot and exactly as we ordered. Huge thanks to Cassidy, Chase, and the delivery driver for making it happen. A superstar team at this location. Better than Papa John's, Pizza Hut, and Domino's. I give it 5 stars bc its the best chain delivery pizza for sure. Yes, you can find better pizza at a sit down restaurant. But when you want something easy and surprisingly delicious delivered, this is pretty bomb!

Always order pizza from Marcos pizza off of coit in prosper Texas. There pizza is always cooked right and fresh! Love this place.

Wow, so guys I cannot fake this stuff. I always check reviews before eating somewhere…ESPECIALLY when it’s pizza. If I had just not been so negligent I would not have spent a few days sick because of this place. Yeah would recommend looking at reviews before getting yourself or your family sick.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a sausage pizza, cheese bread and cini-squares...Pizza was swimming in oil...lousy...and the Cini-sqaues swimming in melted butter...lousy. Worst Pizza experience I've had in years.....Delivery was fine....just bad food.

Ordered from Marcos Pizza in Prosper. I been reading the reviews and I should have known better. Pizza was cold, and oily. No supervision or management on site when I went to pickup my pizza, I told the 16 year old, that was there, the issue and he said oh well I can't remake it. I asked for my money back and he said no, because I had open the pizza box. Well who doesn't open the box to check if the oder is right, OMG. Will never order Marcos Pizza especially from the Prosper location.
