Just went through the drive-thru apparently they have a quota and as you pick up your order they give you your drinks and have you pull in a parking space. I waited while 5 people behind me got their food before me after I was waiting 10 mins. I went inside frustrated, I was told maybe your food wasn’t ready. I am not frustrated with the workers, I’m frustrated with the process it makes no sense at all.

Hi. I have a problem regarding your employee. His name is mare walker. McDonald address is 4500 w.university dr. I went there today (November 26) at 2:16 am. I got 2 fish o fillet 1 large fries and caramel frappe. When I got the drink the cup was crack. I just asked him to change the cup and he was so rude he asked me if the quantity is less in the cup. I just said to change the cup quantity doesnt matter. And then behind me was police officer. He called him by his name, and said to have trespassing case on me. then officer came to me and asked what happen then asked the employee if he wants to ban me permanently. Officer asked for my license and permanently banned me on this McDonald location. I did nothing wrong I just asked to change the cup. Kindly help me and take action for your employee. He was so rude & didn’t give me the drink. You may also check your cameras. I will be very thankful to you for your favor. Thank you

I went to this establishment the past Sunday Morning and ordered a sausage McMuffin meal w small oj after getting back from there I opened started eating and discovered I only had a sausage cheese biscuit. Was told on the phone return any time . Went back and was denied acknowledgement and called in on. What kind of service is that. I always pay no trouble but it appears I don’t always get accurate order service. . Not Pleased with this McDonalds W University Prosper

For some context, I am Hindu, and as a Hindu I strictly do not eat beef. When the new chicken big mac came out I was super excited to try it so I went to this McDonald’s and ordered a chicken big mac with extra big mac sauce, mcchicken, and a small fries. I order at the location to go, and they finish my order in like 5-7 mins and I grab my bag and leave. When I get home I open up the box ready to try this new chicken big mac and I see two beef patties in the middle of my sandwich… I was genuinely shocked at how badly they messed up my order. I checked my receipt to make sure I ordered a chicken big mac and it clearly said chicken big mac on there. So I called them up and the lady on the phone was pretty passive aggressive in the way she talked. I just told her what happened and she was kind of doubting what I was saying and said are you sure you ordered the chicken one, show us the receipt and all that. So, I went back and the place closes by 10 and I was standing outside the window hoping someone would notice and come open the door and even though the workers were walking by none of them noticed. I then had to wait in the drive thru line for a good 10 minutes just to tell them that they messed up my order and drive up to the window to receive a regular chicken big mac without the extra big mac sauce that I ordered. Overall, this location and their employees seem very careless and I was just so dissatisfied with the service and food I wasn’t able to properly enjoy my chicken big mac. Do better in employing people Mcdonalds.

Went to this restaurant on 10/23 order time 6:24 pm to support Savannah Elementary event. The McDonald was empty and with employees like the once’s they have I understand. The girl who took our order was extremely rude, didn’t even let my husband finish ordering, kept cutting him while he was talking. Husband paid for the order and still said thank you and she just walked away. She needs to be talked to because she’s in customer service and that attitude is not acceptable. Once we were at the window I asked for the name of the person who took my order and she said she couldn’t give the name when I could tell it was her. & girl, don’t be scared to owning up to being disrespectful, and if you hate your job so much get an education and find a better job.

Was told not to be rude after I got frustrated with their third failed attempt to make my order correct. Can’t get your own refill and good luck getting anyone to do their job as they’ll all just look and then ignore you. Do not use this trash hole.
Me and my family stopped there before we went to Denton to our nephew football game for family and friends and when we pulled up to the window. The guy ask my brother did he oder a happy meal lol ? ? ? ? ? And look like they just slapped some ketchup on my burger but it was pretty good hot and fresh
