Terrible attention for a Friday night with 4 people “attending”. When really there were 3 boys and a girl playing. I placed my order online and I was in the store. After me a group of 7 arrived at the pizzeria. They sat down to eat their 7 pizzas before they prepared the 2 pizzas that I ordered BEFORE they arrived at the store. The woman who bakes the pizzas and gives you your order treated me rudely. MOD you should have people who take their work as a job and not as a joke.

Pathetic preparation. The people that make pizza are lazy and don’t even care to spread the sauce and cheese properly. All the toppings will be placed in the center even after telling them multiple times. The pizza would get burned 90% of the times

I could have stop into any of the restaurants in our area. No I decided to place my order on line and pick up on the way to work. Walked in 03/25/24 at 11:30 2 team members there not one of them acknowledged me the entire 15 minutes I stood in the pick line in fact both had their backs to me the entire time. Another customer walks in they never acknowledged him either. The guy puts my pizza on counter called my name and turned away. At this time the restaurant is empty and I know why. Your team needs customer service training.

Delicious custom pizza. Now they have 2 stations. One for online orders and one for walk ins. Try not to get stuck behind the guy ordering off his phone for 6 people and asking what they want on their pizza.... use the APP dude......

We just left the store. The were a total of two employees. Two for the whole store. We ordered online at 6:25pm, and finally got our pizzas at 6:55. Which isn't terrible, if we had gotten the right pizzas. Looked like they switched our order with someone else. Honestly we are normally very happy with this location, but not tonight. We've never seen less than 5-6 employees there, so not sure what happened

I went to this place as usual to get a pizza. Mind you while all this went down the store was completely slow. There was probably three other guest in the building. The shift leader name Tirek(hopefully I spelt his name, right) completely disrespected, curse out, and embarrassed MINOR in front of other guest because she was try to confirm a ride home with her mother. He left this little girl in tears and laughed at her. After I told him, he can’t do stuff like that, and I mentioned that I will be expressing my concerns with corporate. In his response he said and these exact words with no exaggeration “I’m still going to have my job and you taking a photo of me won’t help her.” I then gladly took a picture of him and said “we see about that.” I stayed here for 10 more minutes to calm a little girl down And this guy is still trying to kick this minor out of the restaurant so she doesn’t walk home by herself. Make sure you check your pizza before you leave, 3 of the last 4 times I came, mine was wrong. Staff is rude if you point out that your pizza isn't right and takes forever for them to remake...
This place has gone down hill quickly and tonight was some of the worst service I have ever had there. The two employees that made my pizza and checked me out did not acknowledge me when I walked in or up to the counter, barely said two words, had attitude, and were rude and acted like I was a burden for being there. One girl was on her phone while trying to check me out. Also the quality of the ingredients has gone down so much. Definitely won’t be supporting this establishment again anytime soon.
