Nothing Bundt Cakes

This is my go-to Nothing Bundt Cakes. Because I am gluten-free, desserts are very limited and I absolutely love their gluten-free Lemon Raspberry bundlets. I am able to get them with no frosting and they just melt in my mouth. The entire staff is a delight to interact with, especially Holly and Nelson. I have been to over 20 locations across the country and this one, by far, outshines the rest!!!!!

BEST IN CLASS! If you want any amazing service experience and delicious cakes make this location your first stop! My family celebrated a milestone birthday and the best decision was the order a 10 inch Lemon Cake. The decor was so beautiful and looked exactly like the picture. Amari was so sweet and kind and helpful. She took the order and everything was ready when I arrived! The packaging was beautiful and EVERYONE enjoyed the cake. Thank you for making our special day so great!!

Amari (i’m so sorry if this is spelled wrong) was SO sweet. they were really busy when we walked in and she was still so polite and helped us so quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for my moms birthday. best service we’ve had here thus far ◡̈

Ordered two cakes for pick up today. Was a bit frustrated when I ordered as the clerk was not able to confirm what time a cake needed to be ordered for it to be fresh that day and none of the 4 people working there had a clue. As anyone who has ever bought these cakes knows, they are hinging their reputation and high prices on great, fresh cakes. She said she would note the file that if it wasn’t going to be made Saturday morning, the pick up time would be later than 9am as scheduled so not as to pick up a stale cake.

The correct response, as was clear when I was told that they were baked weeks ago, should have been that the Prosper Nothing Bundt Cakes bakes their cakes “weeks ahead of time” and not the day of.

Then a snarky response, “I told you I didn’t know what time the cake would be made” .

Not likely that I will be willing to ever spend such a high premium for such old cakes and air head, snarky service.

Normally, I receive top-notch service at Nothing Bundt Cakes, which is why this experience was disappointing. When I placed my order, I provided my name and phone number so I could be notified when my cakes were ready. I was told the wait would be about 15 minutes and that I would receive a call, so I waited outside.

After waiting a total of 45 minutes with no call, I went back inside to check on my order. That’s when I learned my name had not been entered, and my cakes were already finished and sitting out. The employee at the front also seemed new to customer service, as she was not very welcoming and came across as a bit standoffish.

I’ve always had great experiences here, so I’m hoping this was just an off day and that my next visit will be better.

Inari is the best. Soo sweet! Great customer service. She makes the store shine with her smile and great personality. My favorite location. I went in looking for the biscoff bundt and it was limited time so she told me to get the lemon. Lemon was absolutely good

Every time we go into Nothing Bundt Cakes it brightens our mood! The staff are friendly, warmly welcoming each visitor. The environment is fun and it always smells delicious. It is not something we can do all the time, but recently we got a chocolate, chocolate chip bundtlet (and one for a dear friend), and tried the coconut cream snowflake (and hope to again before it is gone!), but all of the flavors are amazing, although we never tried vanilla. Nothing against a good vanilla cake, but it is tough enough to choose between all of the amazing flavors. We also appreciate the carrot cake not containing tree nuts so we can both enjoy it. It's very difficult to find a carrot cake without tree nuts, or one that is not made alongside them. Please check with the bakery if you have any allergies. We check every time if we even suspect something may contain an allergen, just to be as certain as possible. We have been told numerous times they bake these amazing morsels of deliciousness daily and even at the end of the day they still taste as fresh as those we have purchased in the morning on other occasions. We do not know how they do it, we are just thankful they do! Do yourself a favor and visit these friendly folks, your tummy will thank you!
