I called them twice. First time someone picked up and claimed she couldn’t hear and asked to speak louder. And I did, 3 times. She cut the call. I called again and they didn’t pick up next

WENT TODAY TO CELEBRATE THEIR BDAY N MINE TOO. I GOT TWO FREE LIL BUNDTS, AND I SPUN THE WHEEL OF YUM N I GOT A WHOLE MEDIUM WHITE CHOCOLATE RASBERRY BUNDT. HOW GREAT IS THAT.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. The cashiers were incredibly unprofessional — they laughed at a couple in front of me because of their accent once the couple left. It was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of how they speak. Management needs to address this behavior immediately.
