Nothing Bundt Cakes

Picked up a cake on Saturday and all the 3 young adults just stood there looking at me. No greeting, nothing. I told them what I ordered and they handed me the cake. No thank you, no nothing. Its terrible that companies and these kids are trained better. I see I'm not the first person to leave a review on this. Do better. Be better.

I just left Nothing Bundt Cakes Prosper and had the worst customer service experience with the store associate Pam.

Pam had the most unpleasant attitude. I asked very nicely if the cake was freshly made since she grabbed it from the display rack. She replied very rudely “we bake them everyday”. I then replied ok thanks I have ask. She then replies and says “ I guess!”.. then after she put the cake in the box and I paid. She then again rudely pushes the cake box towards me.

I have never in my life been treated that way by an a bakery associate. She either needs additional training or another job. You do not treat customers that way. I’m sure this establishment would not be happy with how she treated a customer who simply asked a question. I will not return to this store.

Just got 8 inch red velvet , the young girl attending won’t even return my greeting . She said “what do you want “ I just lough and asked what I want . I come here almost once a month haven’t seen her before just pure rude . After I payed I said thank you you she didn’t even looked at me let alone “thank you “ . What is your problem ? You don’t like your job find something else . Too young to be rude .

The attitude and demeanor of the two young ladies working in the store blatantly exuded that we were inconveniencing them. There wasn't even an average sense professionalism normally found in retail businesses. It was 40 minutes before closing and the two were cleaning the store when we walked in.

Perhaps it is indeed the case, but when we asked for forks we were told, "We don't have forks." It is astounding that a specialty store such as this does not provide something as simple and low cost as a plastic fork.

Be sure to bring your own utensils.

First time here, staff was super sweet! I was first in line and was taken care of quickly (don't get me wrong, they're busy! As soon as someone came in they came out that's how fast their service was!). I got their red velvet bundlet, yum!

Great place to get desserts. Our family favorites are red velvet, chocolate, white chocolate raspberry. Sometimes they do run special Bundt cake flavor. You can also special order cakes for special occasions.

Location is easy to get to with tons of parking.

I ordered a chocolate chip gluten free cake the day before pickup and was super happy with the cake! It was delicious and the texture was perfect! So happy to find a gluten free cake that tastes great. Will be a returning customer!

Extremely disappointed in customer service. It’s sad they can’t accommodate a simple request of having icing on the side so my daughter can frost her own birthday cake. Every other cake store is happy to do this.

If I could I would give zero stars. Waited 10 minutes for someone to help me and no one came to help. There was only one person ahead of me. Recommend going elsewhere where service is better.
