Extremely disappointed in customer service. It’s sad they can’t accommodate a simple request of having icing on the side so my daughter can frost her own birthday cake. Every other cake store is happy to do this.

Went to pick up a dozen bundtinis for a graduation with a sleeping toddler in one arm and another running around lol. As I was thinking of how I would get everyone to the car, the sweet girl working the counter offered to bring out the cakes for me! Small gesture but greatly appreciated!
