Visited Palio's for the first time today and really enjoyed it. The staff were very nice and helpful. My husband and I each had the lunch special, 1 pizza and 1 calzone. Both came with a drink and a delicious salad. We both agreed that it was very tasty and we'll happily return.

I had a terrible experience here. The food was excessively greasy, and they were shockingly stingy with the ingredients, especially the tomato sauce. For the price, I expected much better quality. The atmosphere was completely lifeless—no energy at all. The TVs were off, the cup lids were empty, and everything looked dirty and understocked. To top it off, the employees were taking their breaks right in the dining area where we were eating, which felt unprofessional. Overall, it’s absolutely not worth it. It’s disappointing that small businesses like this stay open if they can’t deliver the unique charm and quality that small establishments are known for.
Earlier in the week, I received a flyer in the mail saying I could get a free medium pizza, but there was no stipulations listed so I was a little hesitant, I called the store and the gentleman on the phone told me all I had to do was bring my flyer in And they will take care of it.
Me and my wife went there, and the gentleman was True to his word, He got us our free, medium pizza, we even ordered a Caesar salad and two drinks, The food came out quick and was delicious. The gentleman who helped us was able to answer all our questions and was very courteous and very attentive.
