Sadly, the food has completely changed from previous visits. Assume it is under new ownership. We ordered pasta dishes that were completely bland and tasted nothing like previous dishes. Chicken Alfredo felt like components (chicken, sauce and noodles) were thrown into bowl and heated up. Definitely did not feel like it had been just prepared. Dishes came out 10 minutes apart so one was almost finished when the second dish came out. Very disappointing and was not worth the $60 price.

We used to come to this restaurant often, but the quality has gone downhill. • The Chicken Alfredo pasta was completely tasteless. • The garlic cheese bread is now smaller and disappointing. • The so-called Mac and Cheese is not Mac and Cheese at all – it’s just penne with Alfredo sauce. • The tables were dirty, to the point where cups and plates were sticking to the surface. • Service was weak and inattentive.
Very disappointing experience, especially compared to how good it used to be.

Palio’s Pizza in Prosper is our most frequent Sunday evening pizza spot, and for good reason. The crust is nice and crunchy, they don’t overdo the cheese, and the toppings are pretty much perfect. We’ve tried a few of the specialty pizzas, and the Tandoori Chicken and Nutty pizzas are surprisingly good — a fun twist on traditional flavors. The cheese and pepperoni are the kids favorites.
The place looks decent for a dine-in experience, but it definitely feels more like a takeout-focused spot. On most Sunday evenings, we rarely see anyone actually dining in.
Overall, the food is consistently solid, and it’s become a dependable part of our weekend routine.

I waited all week for payday to get a calzone, YOU SENT A PIZZA. My husband liked his lasagna, even tho the noodles chewey.
Ramsha delivered fantastic customer service. We ordered the Tandori pizza with half green sauce and half red sauce to try out. It was VERY good. I personally liked the red sauce better, but if you love a strong herbal taste I’d suggest the green :) Will definitely return.

How can pizza be salty??? Had my first experience with pizza that tasted salty/too much of some flavor with a pick-up order from Palio's. Chicken wings were OK but not in BBQ sauce as advertised. Could not tell any difference between regular wings and wings that were allegedly baked. Will definitely not be back.
