The service at this location has gotten worse. Today I waited over 27 minutes for my order because someone forgot to bring it out. During that time, they served 7–8 cars behind me and 3 walk-ins. When I finally went to ask about it, it took another 6–7 minutes for the manager, Zeke, to bring the food out.
I explained that my order had been completely forgotten for nearly 28 minutes and requested a refund. Instead of handling it professionally, he took the entire food bag back inside - after my kids had already been waiting in the car all that time, and then sent another associate out with the cash refund.
Shame on this manager ZEKE for the poor service and for taking the food back inside after making children wait that long. Very disappointing experience.

Not worth it any more. A bowl with noddle and chicken is $10. The portion of chicken is not justifiable for the price. Never visiting the francise anymore. Rotted with greed. Shame Shame.

I was there during a lunch rush. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. No one felt like they were rushing you. The food was pretty damn good and most of all I saw them do something which is rare and these types of fast food restaurants. They cleaned the tables after people left. Thank you

Stopped by Panda Express and had a really good experience. The food was tasty and came out fresh, but what made the visit even better was the staff. Everyone was super friendly, and Rosa in particular stood out. She was so nice, helpful, and just had a great attitude. It's not often you get that kind of service at a fastfood spot, and it honestly made my day. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

Worst experience ever at Panda Express tonight. Rose, the store manager, was incredibly rude—stayed on her phone, then took our order with zero etiquette. When I asked how long the walnut shrimp would take—just to make sure my food waiting didn’t get cold—she tossed the noodles back toward the container they came from and threw the plate toward the trash. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I will never return and strongly warn anyone seeking a decent meal in a cordial environment to avoid this location.

For reference, my friend and I were served by an employee named Freemen. Freemen did an excellent job not only meeting our needs, while being friendly and kind. He as-well recommended a new delicious protein selection(spicy orange chicken 10/10) from his flexibility to his hospitality, my bud and I were shocked by this level of service by Mr. Freeman. Thank you, and you our night.

I placed my order and was told to move to the front. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes with no real apology or update. When the food finally arrived, the person who brought it out was extremely rude. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.
