Stopped by Panda Express and had a really good experience. The food was tasty and came out fresh, but what made the visit even better was the staff. Everyone was super friendly, and Rosa in particular stood out. She was so nice, helpful, and just had a great attitude. It's not often you get that kind of service at a fastfood spot, and it honestly made my day. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

Worst experience ever at Panda Express tonight. Rose, the store manager, was incredibly rude—stayed on her phone, then took our order with zero etiquette. When I asked how long the walnut shrimp would take—just to make sure my food waiting didn’t get cold—she tossed the noodles back toward the container they came from and threw the plate toward the trash. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I will never return and strongly warn anyone seeking a decent meal in a cordial environment to avoid this location.

For reference, my friend and I were served by an employee named Freemen. Freemen did an excellent job not only meeting our needs, while being friendly and kind. He as-well recommended a new delicious protein selection(spicy orange chicken 10/10) from his flexibility to his hospitality, my bud and I were shocked by this level of service by Mr. Freeman. Thank you, and you our night.

I placed my order and was told to move to the front. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes with no real apology or update. When the food finally arrived, the person who brought it out was extremely rude. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

I went there for some food and whenever I was ready to pay. There was a guy with black shirt and pants looks like his the manager he told me $44 etc, and I bring out one of $20 and 4 of 10S he just return me back like $5 something and It was pretended that I didn't know. Wow I can’t believe that If you will pay cash or with card check well your bill before leaving the restaurant.

Customers service gets worse and worse at fast food places. But I didn't expect it from panda.
So I order a full meal with a medium drink. Then I ask, can I get that strawberry mango drink, which I didn't know was a different price. Then the cashier says no that's a different price, do you still want it and I was like sure. But proceeds to want to charge full price of a whole other drink.
I said oh I can't just pay the difference I just paid for this drink. The whole thing happened right after I paid right there and then so I hadn't left the cashier or anything still holding the cup they just gave me. He says no it's the whole price then spills the whole new drink he had already poured into a different cup back into the drink dispencer... then ignores me.
I stop a manager and let him know the situation and if I can just pay difference of the drink which every other restaurant does. He says no you have to pay the full price. What am I going to do with the drink I already paid for??.
It's ridiculous.
Any where else you only pay the difference, I think the manager was just trying to have the cashiers back being buddies or something cause they all look like they 16-18 years old...

Straight up, that was the best orange chicken I've ever had from Panda. Only hit this location once between jobs, but man! Tasty enough to talk about

Do not trust the food handling here! Not safe! You may end up extremely sick for 24-48 hours!!

My fiancé and I had shared every meal for the previous few days before he ate at this Panda Express. I was not with him when he chose to stop here. Within 15 hours, he was waking up in the middle of the night, extremely sick and pale, and I was fine. He could not hold liquids or solids down for over 24 hours. I spent an entire day taking care of him and $80 on medications, rehydrating liquids, and easier foods for his stomach. Now reading the reviews, I see food stays out for long periods and probably loses its appropriate temperature. Rice is highly susceptible to bacterial growth if not kept at the right temperatures, as well as shrimp and chicken, all of which he had. Please train employees on food safety handling and cross-contamination. This was a horrible experience for both of us. And if you DID eat here recently and have the same issues, get Emetrol. It helped immensely.

Hope

The staff did not know how to work under pressure. I was told my waiting time for chicken teriyaki would be less than five minutes. As I sat there, I watched a full pot of chicken come out, but instead of fulfilling my order, they used it for newer orders that were just placed. Two rounds went by where fresh batches came out, and my order was skipped both times. Meanwhile, my food just sat there, and I kept Waiting forcing me to choose something

Food is not too fresh after 2:00pm. The server gives food very little act like they are about to run out of food. I'm buying 3 bigger plates and I'm expecting alot of what I pay for.
