Had to drive from university prosper location because mobile ordered messed up our location , then got to the windsong location only to be serviced food food that was left out in the open for half an hour and when requested a new one my mom and I got serviced the cold food because the manager didn’t come out in time make the updated food.

This location seems to be consistently struggling with the little things. I suggest not ordering delivery at all.
I've been visiting this one a lot recently here are some helpful tips. Croutons aren't being sent out with soups, if you want utensils or napkins- check your bag before you pull away from the drive thru because they haven't been added when ordered, make sure that you get the right drink size and that your entire order is in the bag.
With that being said, these guys seem to be working hard and if you let them know you're missing anything they're very nice and helpful to get you what you need.
The food is good and the restaurant looks clean. I'm just kind of sad I've paid for probably about $20 worth of food/drinks lately that I'm never getting back. Hopefully it improves.
I've included pictures for this most recent trip. I ordered online, picked up drive thru but had to go in store for napkins, spoon, soup toppings and to exchange the drink for the size I paid $4.98 for. Still, they are very nice. It's lunch hour so might be extra busy today. It's just been happening a lot the past several months.

Twice now I’ve received chicken noodle soup with no noodles or chicken, just broth. Three times I’ve had missing items in my order.
This place sucks.

Food tastes ok but not hot and the bread bowl is so small I can't justify the price. Then, also, they're working on appliances in the kitchen. Instead of moving it out of the way from the kitchen or sandwich area. To me, that's a contamination.

There is absolutely no problem with taste and hygiene, but when you order a small piece of the inside of the bread and fill it with a spoonful of soup, it does not look like this in the photos. It does not look like the inside of the bread in the photo, but you can easily take a few spoonfuls of soup.
Horrible service. They don’t know how to make a simple latte. My cup full of foam. I had to asked for my order. Their screen showed ready when in fact it was not.

08/20/2025 visit for lunch at 11:40 am. Great service, great tasting food well portioned. You can tell the ladies in the kitchen like their job and it looked like the manager was seating at a table working on some paperwork. Great experience today.

Panera is a mixed bag for me. I absolutely love their grilled cheese and tomato soup combo – it's comfort food at its finest, and the quality is always consistent. However, it's hard to ignore the price. For what you get, it feels pretty expensive, especially compared to other similar options. The food is great, but be prepared to pay a premium for it.
