Waited over 30 minutes for an online order. Absolutely chaos. People backing out of the drive-thru and walking out. I don't understand how this place stays open if this is how it operates on a random Tuesday afternoon.

Ordered the bacon turkey bravo and it came with 1 slice of thin turkey on the most stale piece of bread. The bacon was actually bacon bits that just crumbled out of the sandwich. Never again.

I had the tomato soup bread bowl and my mouth is still watering over it! There is a wait, but you get a buzzer. Lots of families come here. They have outside seating too, which is nice.

Placed Mediterranean Vegetarian Sandwich and Gave me Bacon Sandwich. I Checked when I reached back home. Called the Manager and he asked me to drive back all the way to Panera for refund. Order # 1308049 - dated 10/24. Also I am a Sip member.
Pathetic service.

Recently visited Panera bread at Gates of prosper and my ordered is completely swapped. I ordered spicy Chicken fiesta and chipotle chicken avocado melt. Avocado and spicy sauce got swapped to different sandwiches.

Ever waited in purgatory? Me either, but I have waited in this Panera’s drive-thru line… so, same thing. I love Panera, and stupidly, I have given them chance after chance for speediness redemption, and each time I’m annoyed and frustrated at the length of time it takes to get soup and a side from this place. Once you’re in the drive-thru, you’re also stuck (no exit until you’re past the order spot) so god forbid someone else’s order is taking forever… you’ll be parked at Panera with no exit. It’s maddening. Just don’t.
***added after review… waited for over 20 mins to crack open my soup and Mac & cheese containers to find them half full at best AND the food was cold!
Waited 30 mins in the drive through, there was only one car ahead of me. After waiting 30 mins, I left. I don’t know how much longer I would have had to wait just to get the soup I ordered.
Ordered through the drive-thru. I have been to other Paneras in the past but today’s experience was below expectations. Waited 5 min to be acknowledged, then 15 min to get to the window. The line was only 2 cars. Once I got to the window, I was told they haven’t started anything and would take an additional 15 min for my 2 sandwiches to be made. Naturally I left. I am not expecting instant service, but to wait 35 min for 2 sandwiches that normally takes 5 min tops is unacceptable. There is a Panera 5 min away, I would recommend others to take the extra drive to go there. I don’t write bad reviews but this was warranted.

Don't come during lunch. They are either heavily understaffed or need a new GM ASAP. Lunch line wait times are reliably 30+ minutes without warning. They do not respect your time. This was my 2nd time back after a long wait and I won't make that mistake again.
My 1st visit to this place excellent service and warm greetings. I will definitely be back again. Keep up the good service and tasty food. 5-Stars to JADA S who welcome us.

My wife and I visited the location at Gates of Prosper for a late lunch. Around 2pm, so it wasn't that busy. I'll tell you the good first. The young man that took our order was courteous and helpful. No complaints about him. After that, I don't have much good to say. Every table, and I do mean every, was nasty and we had to choose one to clean ourselves so we could sit. Saw several other customers do the same. I got a 1/2 chicken bacon sandwich that really wasn't that good. The mac and cheese was ok. About an hour after we left, the food was no longer agreeing with me. Luckily there was a bathroom readily accessible where I was. Needless to say, I found another food establishment I won't be going back to. It was just bad and disappointing

Panera is a place you can escape for a coffee chat with a friend or work on some homework without a blender distracting you, in addition its furniture is comfortable enough for those long study hours or group gatherings.
Chicken Bacon Rancher was excellent, and the hazelnut coffee was even better

7.52 AM , AGAIN NOT READY FOR BUSINESS!!!
NO PASTRIES BACKED FROM THE BAKERY ...
THEY STILL HAD THE LUNCH MENU ON...
This is consistently the worst worst WORST Panera!!! I waited at the drive-through for them to take my order for 15 minutes and they kept saying they would be right with me. No explanation, nothing. Finally, I gave up. Every time I’ve been to this Panera they have messed up my order, been out of bread, which is ironic, since their name means bread in French, or some other mishaps has occurred. I will never visit this Panera again. They really should take some lessons on how to run to business.
Bought my daughter a grilled chesse. And pretty much just sliced chesse thrown on a bread and put in a microwave. The chesse wasnt even melted my 8 year old didnt even eat it. really panera. Never go back.
