I was the only one at drive thru at 10:38 am on sunday( yes I remember the time exact because I work in the gates of prosper) and had to be at work by 11 am. Waited for almost 17 min at drive thru for my 1 order which is insane. Didn’t even communicate there will be a delay and they even saw me looking at them. Wasted $8 for nothing and was provided the wrong order. Because of them I was late to work.

To start, I need to mention that I am a die-hard lover of the strawberry poppyseed salad and quite literally wait all year long for summer to come around so I can enjoy this salad. Unfortunately, this Panera location has messed up my order an unbelievable (and almost comical at this point) amount of times. You can order this salad with or without chicken. I am a vegetarian so I always order it with NO chicken. So far this year, I have received a salad WITH chicken on top or mixed in not one, not two, but SEVEN TIMES. The first three times, I didn’t realize until I got my home, so I then had to drive back to the restaurant every time to replace it. The 5th time, I ordered it on DoorDash since I was stuck at work, and it was delivered to me (again) with chicken and I didn’t get to eat lunch that day. The 6th time it happened, I noticed BEFORE I left the restaurant and requested to speak to a manager. I told her that this happens way too many times and I just wanted to make her aware. She said she would address the issue with the team and use it as an important learning experience. The last few times I always check before leaving and it’s been chickenless (woo!). Until AGAIN, today, time number 7, I got home, opened my salad that I ordered with NO chicken, with chicken all mixed in. At this point it’s comical, but so ridiculous that I can’t even get a salad with no chicken for the few months that you offer this salad.
Always super slow. Probably shouldn’t have a drive through.

It’s an embarrassing representation of eateries for Prosper. It’s never clean, poor service from staff & management that is at a glacial pace or negligent. in addition to this the food offerings are under cooked, heated. Questionable food handling that pose health risks.

Stopped in tonight to grab dinner. The young lady in drive thru wasn't pleasant and rude when I asked her about an offer they sent me on the app. Just gave me a smirk when I mentioned it to her and if she could check on the offer.
Her manager also wasn't pleasant when I discussed it with her. Lots of side comments. Not the best customer service today. Food was okay.

Avoid the drive through at all costs, the kitchen is comically slow. This is a common issue here and has been for years. Food is acceptable when it eventually arrives.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Panera Bread Drive-Thru
I had the pleasure of going through the Panera Bread drive-up window today, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Tru for the incredible service. From the moment he greeted me, Tru was friendly, professional, and genuinely warm. He made sure my order was correct, offered suggestions with a smile, and went above and beyond to make the experience fast and pleasant.
It’s rare to see such genuine customer care, but Tru clearly takes pride in his work and in making customers feel valued. Thanks to him, my visit was not just about grabbing food — it was about enjoying a moment of kindness and great service. Panera is lucky to have him on the team!

worst food ever. Their other locations taste is different than the prosper location. we ordered the avocado melt, they gave us the cheap bread and the recipe is completely different than before. they used to give us the quality bread and now they are giving the cheap $1 bread piece. the sizes are small and taste is very bad.
The quality, quantity and taste of the food got changed in the recent days. The taste was really bad, we are the big fans of avocado chicken sandwich. we ordered 5 of them and none tasted good. they need to look for the quality of making the food. service is good but the food is bad.

My daughter ordered a pick 2. We told the cashier she wanted her turkey sandwich heated. When we got the food her sandwich was cold. She asked the man preparing the orders to heat it. He told her next time it’s her responsibility to tell the cashier when ordering. She explained that she did tell him. The man behind the counter rolled his eyes at her. I found this to be very unprofessional. They also forgot her chicken noodle soup. Cashier did not ring it up as a pick2. My bagel did not come with the cream cheese that I paid for. At this point I’m annoyed that both my daughters and my orders weren’t prepared correctly. The point that made me get up and ask for a refund on everything was when I took a sip of my latte. The latte was cold. It was as if they didn’t even heat it. At least the manager gave me my money back for everything. I love other Panera locations. But this one I will not be returning to.

Food is amazing and service is super quick!
The smoothies are delicious and gone within seconds!! The workers are amazing, very nice and welcoming! Jenny and her crew had our sandwiches and smoothies out in less than a couple minutes. Definitely will be back soon!

I came to this restaurant to pick up my online lunch order, but instead of a warm welcome, I was met with suspicion and hostility. A woman who appeared to be the manager or owner immediately questioned what I was doing there, asked for my name, and even if I was with DoorDash—without any greeting or context. Racial discrimination

I come several times because I work nearby and always run into the same problem. They take forever to get food out. I have tried many different routes to avoid this situation but always end up waiting for my food for more than half my lunch break. If you order inside to-go , expect about a 30 minute wait. If you go through the drive-thru they won’t hesitate to tell you to pull forward because it will AGAIN be a 30 minute wait. I even try ordering wayyyy ahead of time,, I had an order that was supposed to be ready at 2:04,, I got to the drive thru at 2:15. And guess what? It wasn’t ready until 2:35. Suprise, suprise. They need to get on with it for a store whose lobby always looks dead and employees are always yapping away in the kitchen. ( I also ordered a cup of Mac and cheese and it took over 20min for them to make some microwaved Mac and cheese????)
