The food that was delivered by Doordash was luke warm as it looked like the driver had 2 or 3 stops ahead of me as I was following the driver thru that Doordash app that I thought was being delivered from the Papa John's store not thru a 3rd party. Site online from my laptop was bad when I logged out and then tried to log back in I got an error message. I can not recommend this store as like they say 1st impressions makes a difference and I was not impressed with the temp of the food and the taste was not up to my standards.

This location is the worst in the area. The attitude of the employees is another level! I ordered medium pizza and the crust was baked so thin. I showed them the picture online on how original crust should look like, the employees telling me that this is how it is. Offered me to remake the pizza, I said yes. But I am 100% sure, he handed me same pizza after 7-8 mins. I didn’t want to argue so I left! But not going back here! Please avoid this location at all costs! I complained but no call back whatsoever!

Order some breadsticks 15 before I got off work. Did a couple of stop before getting there. The inconsistency of the breadsticks looked horrible. They were hard and dry. I’ve had better breadsticks from circle k or out of the frozen section at the grocery store. The customer service and quality is to be so much better. Now it seems like no one cares at all. Just lost a customer.

I placed my order before 7:30 and my incorrect order arrived over an hour later. I was informed a Door Dasher stole my order and that was the reason for the holdup with its delivery. However stolen order or not to have my food incorrect isn’t theft but negligence of my money and most importantly my time. Papa John’s has become pure dumpster juice and this location has really sealed the deal for them to be on ice with me indefinitely.

Ok The food was good for pizza… but the service was horrible so I’m ordering my pizza right then I get to drinks I’m with my 5 friends and as I’m telling her she GETS ON HER PHONE and doesn’t hear half the drinks so we FINALLY get everything ordered then instead of starting to make the pizza she goes to the back and starts vaping and then we our pizza and drinks but there is only 4 chairs and we can’t sit inside and we have to sit on the curb out side

I ordered a large pizza which was delivered promptly, which should’ve been my first clue that something was wrong. Pizza was not cooked thoroughly, and had barely any toppings. Basically I paid 35.00 for a pretty crappy pizza.

Forced to change my review from 5 stars to 1. The app forces you to leave a tip, even for pick up orders. This is a corporate problem where they try to force us to pay their employees. It's not right. While this location is perfect, the employees are great, the food is delicious, I will NOT be forced to pay their employees. Papa Johns (as a company) gets an F.
