First time visiting this PJ’s location. The food was hot, fresh & delicious, and was ready at the quoted time. The customer service was also top notch —which is often rare at fast food places. My only request is that the Papa bowls aren’t so “thin.” Having at least half of the depth of the bowl filled would be appreciated. I definitely plan to order it again & return to this location!

There was a line as we pulled up. My wife and I were horrendously hungry! We weighed our options whether to stay, go, wait in line, how long.......We waited.....IT WAS WORTH IT!! This has to be the best bbq in town!! The meat melts in your mouth and the sides are delicious! Outside as you come up, Everything(Choosing what you want) is given to you on a tray by the pound, take it inside, they cut it for you and wrap it in butcher paper. You choose your sides cafeteria style and they are amazing! It is a bit packed inside but after tasting the food, you will not care!! Lol...The food is really delicious and if we ever come through Llano, Texas again, I'm making my wife stop there, as she does all of the driving for us!! (She loves doing that!)

This is my first time at this location. Very good pizza and very friendly staff. Very fast service walked in, and it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get the pizza. There was a steady estream, a traffic not a lot of places to park, but overall there was a very good experience.

Papa John’s is our favorite of the mass produced brands - fresh tasting ingredients and there is something salty/buttery that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to stop eating one more piece!This location off of 380 and prosper is conveniently located (although may require a bit of extra parking lot navigation if you’re going back east on 380). People in the store are working FAST and hard and are friendly at the same time. Thanks and keep it up!
Do not use this location for delivery. They use door dash for their drivers.. ruined my kid's bday bc the food never arrived but their door dash driver confirmed delivery. It's a scam.

The pizza place is just 3 miles from my home, but the pizza came cold. The delivery driver couldn't use the gate code, so I had to open the gate for him. He complained about not having time for such issues, even though I was his last delivery for the day. When I received the pizza, the box felt cold with no warmth at all, and the base was soggy. The pizza itself tasted undercooked.I'd already paid $31.02 online for the large pizza, which originally cost $21. As I took the pizza, the driver asked for a signature and a tip. I signed and told him I'd tipped online. He shouted at me, demanding a tip. I refused to tip again since I'd already done so online.Considering the pizza arrived cold and the place is just 3 miles away, it doesn't make sense. It was supposedly en route for only 7 minutes. I'm disputing this charge and will advise others in Prosper to avoid this Papa John's until they address these issues.Without question the worst pizza I've ever had from Papa John's the worst absolute worst delivery and the worst experience.

Our pizzas were not made as per the order. This was our first time here and never going back again. I ordered spicy garlic special crust pizza with a lot of topping. What I received didn’t have the spicy special crust and jalapeños. Never going back here again.
