I came here about a month or two ago and everything was amazing, but the last few times I’ve been back the quality has slowly declined. Yesterday was the tipping point — the cheese breadsticks seemed like plain breadsticks with cheese just layered on top, and they tasted horrible. I ended up throwing them away. Even the pizza wasn’t very good this time. Really disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite spots.

Delivery was estimated for 30-40 mins and took an hour to get to my place which is within 3 miles of the store. Order was 1 large pizza which after a $4 tip came to $27. Will not spend any more of my money here.

My order was handled poorly. Three different wing bundles from three separate orders were mixed together and combined into two orders without my consent or any communication. As a result, I had to wait while the orders were separated at the counter, which also raised hygiene concerns. This meant that someone’s order ended up with fewer wings than it should have. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and I’m very dissatisfied.

We always eat at this Pizza Hut and have had an amazing experience but tonight our uber driver didn’t deliver our food. When we called the employee who answered instantly resolved the issue and sent a fresh order even after they had closed! 10/10 service & they comped the meal delivery!

Ordered lrg pepperoni pizza, rcvd what looked like personal/medium with 2 inch wide/thick plain crust pizza.
Freshly cooked / tasted good but seeing personal/medium size pizza with 2 inch crust... perhaps it's pizza hut style but photo search shows differently with around 1 inch /reg looking pizza.

This is the worst ran Pizza Hut I have ever seen. Food is consistently lousy and they are always out of key items. Some grace could be given for busy days but the same thing happens on a random Tuesday night. The manager needs to be terminated.
Just spoke to manager about my door dash not having a tamper seal. So uncomfortable to be delivered a pizza anyone could have sprinkled fentanyl, placed a public hair, DNA whatever. This demand is for tamper seals. Your response of we dont do that since covid is not acceptable

Horrible service, lazy sorry excuse for managers, no wonder Pizza Hut has been going down hill for years, I have ordered from this location multiple times and they have delivered to me but all of a sudden they say they can’t anymore. Funny thing is, they are willing to deliver to another address that further away from them but I am literally 5 minutes from them and they can’t. Their pathetic excuse is their new map system. Really? Change your dumb map system then. I am RIGHT UP THE street from you. Not even 5 minutes. Always out of items too, pizza turns to cardboard if left in the fridge, irregular business hours. What a joke.

What’s the point of them telling you when it’s gonna be ready when it’s not ready then you actually get it and it’s not even the correct pizza so you call and talk to the manager and he doesn’t even care! Never apologized!!
