Their customer service is very rude. They cannot make a pizza right the first time. I was told I was the ONLY customer that says that their pizza is made wrong. I've never heard of a perfect anything. I was told I probably shouldn't come back anymore cause I called them on being very rude. It's a horrible palce. Don't worry I won't come back. Just make the pizza right.

Ordered via app twice due to first order not going through. Waited for an hour at the store after being to 10 more minutes. Not a word from the manager. Canceled order and went down the road. Had at least 10 people waiting as long as I did without getting food.

I'll visit the store in a couple of days for a more senior manager before I take this corporate. Would NOT RECOMMEND, this place must be managed by demons and the very worst of mankind.

I told him I could send pictures if he'd like, so he hung up in my face. I'll take this corporate, a simple sorry this happened we'll work on it would've sufficed, but no this guy was a total prick. Ordered pizza, wings & cheesesticks from here tonight for pick-up. The stuffed crust pepperoni was good. But the New Yorker with pepperoni was disgusting. The top of the pizza had so much grease it was orange on top. Found a hair cooked into the cheesesticks so that was gross. Definitely not worth $70. Threw away the New Yorker & cheesesticks. Will not be ordering Pizza Hut any time soon - at least not from this location.

Been trying to order pizza since 8:50 pm via online and calling over the phone. I get a few minutes before closing but to stop taking orders or answering 40 minutes before closing is ridiculous. Sadly have to give our money to Dominos.

Ok. So, Pizza Hut. Your quality in pizza and wings has taken yet another nose dive. Wings are so tough and I have to spit out half of the chicken that I can't chew. Pizza tastes saltier than ever. You were our pizza "go-to" but I think our relationship ends here. I gave 3 stars because your driver was super nice and amazing and was very apologetic that we didn't get our cheesy bread sticks and came right back with them with still a smile on his face. When I spoke to the girl on the phone she sounded like a robot so let's teach some personality skills too and get some inflection in her voice. Sorry, guys. Pizza Hut is no longer good.
