They NEVER, literally NEVER get the order right. Ever. I have ordered at different times on different days but they are consistent with making hardened stale food, forgetting items, and taking too long. Save yourself some heartache and order Golden Chick or Chick-fil-A.

Tried to go there tonight about 8:45 for my family of 4. They informed me that they weren't cooking any more chicken tonight. What time do you close, I asked, 10pm they replied. Over 2 hours later!?!?
This place is ridiculous. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. This place needs to just shut down.

I have came to this location a few times and it’s always something. Once they didn’t have any chicken just sandwich and tenders and it was about 6pm. Another time, it was a wrong order. Now was trying to order and instead of the guy saying welcome to Popeyes, could you hold? It was silence for 2 mins and I finally said hello and he mumbled “hold” then I waited another 3 mins for him to still have me holding. It was one other person in line. A simple hello could you please hold would have sufficed! 🤷🏾‍♀️

Waited in drive though line for 30 minutes, delivered half of the order, had to park and go Inside to get rest of the order. Very bad experience. Foods labeled wrong.
Employees blamed each other for the wrong order and delayed service.

this location always has the same issue over and over, i always ask for legs and thighs only on other locations, but with this location it's always the same issue they never want to sell you legs and thighs only, if i'm the one buying i can ask for what i want, and on top of that they don't even ask if you would like to wait for it if that's the problem but the answer is always no, and what fast food doesn't have the food ready for starters, it's a fast food the food should always be ready it's in the name!

Long wait time, need to wait in the drive through lane for more than 30 minutes. Done-in or pickup inside is closed. This is not covid period keeping the restaurant closed. If you don’t have staff please close the restaurant. I have placed mobile order and with no choice waited in the lane for my paid mobile order

If you need some good fried chicken or tenders, you better get on over here! Good stuff. I really like the sides including the red beans and rice, the mashed potatoes. Yum!

The absolute best! I had a horrible experience at the Popeyes at the Crossroads and decided to drive 30 mins with my daughter to this one. Jessica was amazing! I told her what happened at the other location and she was so sympathetic and reassuring, when it wasn’t even her fault . The food was fresh, service was amazing and staff was friendly! The only Popeyes I’ll be visiting moving forward. Thanks so much for this experience!

It was literally the most unbusy day, and yet they still made us wait 10 mins to just order?? and 5 mins at the window?? like I ordered one sandwich. It was a waste of time with barely any flavor in the sandwich… I don’t recommend this particular popeyes
