Could be better. They are very hit and miss. They tend to hire kids who don't really know the correct parts of a chicken. Watch out when ordering online. May get a lot of thighs.

They had close the inside of the restaurant and only had the drive-thru open and when I asked them why it was because they didn't have enough people. So I waited in line for 15 minutes and when I got up to the ordering station they said there was no way for them to make the chicken tenders because they were frozen. Horrible experience

If you are from South Louisiana, you probably know all about Popeyes chicken. This location, conveniently on Hwy 380, has had several management changes since it opened... and from speaking with people in line who live close by... they are still having some issues on how it's run. Every time I've been there, the wait for food to go is long. Too long. Probably because I want classic and not spicy. They cook up lots of spicy. It's north Texas, spicy is the norm....
