I just went thru the Drive thru and the guy at the window was pretty RUDE!! I asked for condiments and he just threw them in my bag and closed the window!! He didn’t even greet me at all! He seems to not have any customers service etiquette!! Shouldn’t be working in a restaurant if he doesn’t have the personality for it!!
Came in at 12:20, tables were thrown everywhere as the staff was mopping and getting the floor cleaned which made the store hard to navigate around. Had to send back an order because it missed toppings, which resulted in a pushback from a kitchen employee that said “he made it right”. My first review was over three years ago, so I felt time for an update. I thoroughly appreciate the friendly employees and their attention to each customer and their orders. In particular I appreciate getting my gallon jugs of unsweetened iced tea (best around) promptly and with a kindness each time. Also, the food is always, fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. Our compliments to everyone at this Cane’s!
