I ordered three dishes for takeout, but the food was extremely salty. When I called to inform the owner, she simply replied, "Ok, thank you, I’ll let the cooks know." I mentioned that I planned to return the food since no solution was offered. Upon arriving, I was met with disrespect. The owner’s attitude was poor as she inspected each container to see how much had been eaten, without offering an apology. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service I received. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a simple fix that she didn't care enough to address.

Stupidity of complete idiot I don’t know what to call. A lady in the counter may be manager, she thinks she can own everyone with her attitude. Went to pickup an order, she rudely threw the food bag on the counter and i asked why are you so rude and then she took back the order(telling me that she will not give the order to me). What was the ‘point of service they provide’ if they behave like that. Because of these kind of people we are judging everyone. I request the owner not to put her in the counter in the business hours. I strongly believe this request would be asked by rest of the customers who commented.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They will NOT work with you to include items like chili oil in your bag if you call and request it to be put in your Uber order. I spent 20$ PP. I offered to pay for the extra item I’m not used to be charged for if I was to call in a pick up order, I just want to eat my food with chili oil! Is that so hard? The Uber app doesn’t have the option to customize your order for these items but that’s besides the fact. The fact the employees argue as if it was just easy to cancel the order and resubmit; or to pick it up.
They have excellent food, no argument there. You’ll get less food on your takeout option vs dining in. Dining-in however is uncomfortable, smelly, and unwelcoming by the staff.

Picked up online order today. Only thing I have to say is where is the soy sauce packets? Where are the duck sauce packets? Where are the mustard packets? Would give 5 stars but come on why no sauces for the food. Please don’t say in return, I never noted to add these sauces, they should be a standard that comes with your meal.
