My salad had a dog hair! I can’t trust it, I don’t have any pets!!! Among seeing other reviews from a month ago it seems like management is not aware or dgaf about hygiene practice at this location 🥲🥲🥲🥲

Salad with silver foil and no dressing.. lol.. we noticed it after coming home obviously. Now I have to drive 15 mins to get the dressing or another salad.. this person didn’t sound like they wanted to serve food, why work if you don’t care.

I really enjoyed previously getting my salads from this location: 4620 W University Dr, Prosper, Tx. Here lately last week and this week I’ve tasted the pesticides from the lettuce not being washed properly.

This was a pleasant surprise find. Easy to order, tasty options. My only issue was that with the breakfast bowl, the portions were not consistent from one day to the other. Same order both days. The 1st day was a normal serving of eggs, sausage, onions, and cheese. The next day, there was barely any egg and sausage with a ridiculous amount of onions. Unable to eat this as the onions overpowered the rest of the meal. Since this place is only drive-thru I didn't notice the ruined order until my meal time. But all my previous experiences here have been great and the price is unbeatable. Please verify your order before driving off.

I usually go to the Prosper location but had an errand to run closer to this location. Unfortunately employees do not know the difference between cranberries and pecans.

If you have a nut allergy, this location is not safe for you to eat at.

We went to this location many times but today was unfortunately our last. I once found a small piece of what looked like the corner of a plastic bag. I let it go because I understand that maybe a piece of the bag went unnoticed. Today I found a lady bug toward the end of eating my salad. I still don’t know how I spotted it but needless to say it ruined my evening. Bugs in food is a dealbreaker for me.

Arrived at this location 10 minutes before closing. Did not understand why the quality was lacking. We still paid full price for garbage presentation and to top it off, there was barely any protein. Too much dressing made it soggy and it fell apart. The only positive part of the experience was the young lady at the window was nice but whoever prepared the wrap definitely needs more training.

Don’t go here before they close, my mistake. They made straight garbage of my fajita chicken wrap. Next to no chicken, over stuffed with the veggies and super soggy for some reason. Where did care and quality go. And it doesn’t matter whether it’s the beginning of the work day or the end, you should always show excellence in your work.

Found foreign object/piece of metal in salad on 06/08 at the Litchfield Park location (Verrado). Immediately went back to talk to a manager and the shift lead admitted that wasn’t the “first time” she’s seen pieces of metal in their bags of lettuce. District manager contacted me and offered me a $30 gift card and requested the metal piece back. I declined both. Asked for their insurance info to file a claim as I chipped my tooth on the thing, and have not heard back at all now. (Unable to share pics, icon not working)

They used to be very good but now they’re going down. They cut down the portion of avocado like 1/3 and the size of their eggs are like 1/2 now. Very disappointing.

I love salads, but I was very hesitant to try this place because I thought to myself, “It’s a fast food salad place, probably the salad won’t be fresh.” Boy was I pleasantly surprised, the salad not only tasted fresh, but it was quite delicious, especially for a fast food joint. I am very happy I gave this place a try, and since it is close to my home I will definitely be back again. The Cobb salad was excellent and filled me right up. An extra bonus, I only paid $7.35 for a salad that would cost around $14-15 at most breakfast & brunch cafes.

Always really love their salads, I typically pick up their salads when I’m not in the mood to cook or when I have guests and need a salad for a side dish. Their salad ingredients are very fresh & well portioned. I also really like their frozen lemonade, it’s refreshing and tastes natural. I usually go through the drive thru & service is always kind and welcoming.
Looking forward to trying more items on the menu.
