This is the first burger joint that I have heard of selling brussel sprouts as a side dish so I had to check it out. Brussel sprouts - good and crispy. Can do without the grease. Burger - good. The patty was seasoned. Smash fries - not it; minus one star. This is the second time in my life that I didn't like the seasoned fries.

Walked in and everyone is dressed in whatever on their phones with earbuds in. There was a lack of communication. Ordered a large drink and they gave me a small and said they were out of large cups and shrugged. Tried to ask the manager something but he couldn’t hear me for having earbuds in so he just walked off. Nobody communicated with each other and nobody knew the weight of the meat on the burgers. Nobody smiled. Very drab. Sad story bro.

Workers are incompetent. I ordered a double classic smash they gave me a nasty jalapeño bacon trash. Nasty nasty. Called no response. Disputing charge. Go somewhere where they can do their job

Received a coupon for free kids meal from our local school. Went to get dinner for the family, 3 adults and 4 kids and was told they don't participate in this and directed me to a store 40 minutes away. Would love to support local businesses but if they don't support local families then go somewhere else. Food was decent but not something we would of picked without that coupon.

The food and our service was great. The atmosphere, not so much. There was a couple next to us and they were complaining about their food, the cashier was very nice and patient.
The double truffle mushroom burger is tasty, do miss some of their old menu items like the haystack onions. Please bring them back! The smashtots are good but the onions were better.

Had to wipe off table before sitting. Burgers sat under heat lamp several minutes before getting served and were luke warm at best. Fries were not delivered until almost completely through eating. Prices are a little high for size of portions. Will not be returning

2 employees looked at me within 2 minutes of waiting at the empty ordering counter but neither acknowledged I was there. Left after waiting 2 minutes. Food is always great but service was terrible. I would have waited has someone even said hey, we'll be with you in a just moment. Ate somewhere else.

Can't tell you anything about the food or staff because I saw as soon as I walked how dirty it was & left! The door in was so filthy I didn't want to touch it, also dirty tables, food on the floor & it even smelled bad inside. I just turned around & went to the pizza place next door which was good.
