I didn’t go to eat but to get a Cherry Lime Aid. Didn’t like the red cherry dye. They should use real cherry flavor. Wasn’t happy. Poured most of it out.

It’s honestly a hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks have flavor, sometimes not. Sometimes the order is right, sometimes not. It is what it is I guess.

The young kids never get your order right, when you advise them of the order being wrong theor attitudes are beyond unprofessional...you have to ask for drink carriers just for them not to bring them. They manager brought the food out with her cell phone in hand I believe her name was Alyssa or something like that SONIC used to employ those with integrity & professionalism this location is neither
Also, on a Sunday when its not busy you press the red button to sit over 5 mins no acknowledgement is unacceptable

Pulling up to the store half the staff was in one car with all the doors open. Tried to place an order by pushing the red light. No connection. Light goes off, try to order again and still no one answers, I press it a 3rd time and we finally get someone. Waited 15 minutes for my food with one other person. Half the staff talking to one of their friends who pulled up in the mobile order section, letting that person INSIDE. Why are they letting their friends come into the kitchen. Why is there a random person in the kitchen????I am so dissapointed with this experience. I come in often around 1 and have a fantastic experience. I don’t know why tonight was so different. I’ll not be coming back to this location

Went in tonight to get dinner and while I was waiting someone in normal clothes walked into the building and started eating food and talking with everyone while they had cars waiting. When our food finally got brought out the employee was eating while he brought out the food. Probably will not be returning to this location again. Very disappointed

Stopped in for a quick snack for the road. Got a wrong order and it was too late by the time I realized they got it wrong.

Tried to get a medium order of mozzarella sticks and large jalapeño bites. Ended up with two order of what looked to be smaller than medium mozzarella sticks. No marinara and a single ranch.

Drinks were correct.

With you didnt have to tip when placing the order, losing the tip to bad service was icing on the bad service cake.

Horrible customer service today. I pushed the red button to place my order and almost immediately I heard a speaker connection, but no one said anything. I could hear faint noises coming through the speaker so I said ‘hello’. The employee said ‘oh’ and then asked for my order. I started giving my order slowly just to have to repeat it three times. Then a second voice came on that was louder than the person taking my order making some nonsense noises. I gave the rest of my order and at the end the second louder voice said something else over the person taking my order. It sounded like he called me a goob. To end my experience, my order wasn’t even correct. I will never return to this Sonic again.

Very disappointed with the staff lately. Ordered and paid for extra toppings on a blast and they sprinkled the toppings only on the top. I paid for additional toppings.

Service was quick and friendly. Food was decent. My complaint is that they need a better way to serve chili dogs. Seems odd to wrap it when by doing this all the chili ends up on the wrap. I posted a picture for reference.

Came in for a quick snack. The staff were friendly and came back when we needed spoons. Ice cream was great and there was plenty of toppings. Recommend the stop!
