Stopped in for a quick snack for the road. Got a wrong order and it was too late by the time I realized they got it wrong.
Tried to get a medium order of mozzarella sticks and large jalapeño bites. Ended up with two order of what looked to be smaller than medium mozzarella sticks. No marinara and a single ranch.
Drinks were correct.
With you didnt have to tip when placing the order, losing the tip to bad service was icing on the bad service cake.

Horrible customer service today. I pushed the red button to place my order and almost immediately I heard a speaker connection, but no one said anything. I could hear faint noises coming through the speaker so I said ‘hello’. The employee said ‘oh’ and then asked for my order. I started giving my order slowly just to have to repeat it three times. Then a second voice came on that was louder than the person taking my order making some nonsense noises. I gave the rest of my order and at the end the second louder voice said something else over the person taking my order. It sounded like he called me a goob. To end my experience, my order wasn’t even correct. I will never return to this Sonic again.

Very disappointed with the staff lately. Ordered and paid for extra toppings on a blast and they sprinkled the toppings only on the top. I paid for additional toppings.

Service was quick and friendly. Food was decent. My complaint is that they need a better way to serve chili dogs. Seems odd to wrap it when by doing this all the chili ends up on the wrap. I posted a picture for reference.

I’ve been eating here on and off over the last month and it’s been very good. I see different people each time I go there but they’re nice, get my order made well, and it isn’t very expensive. So good job to the people running this Sonic location!

If I could give zero I would. They served me the hardest oldest chicken ever and then when I tired to call them they answered the phone and kept hanging up. Mind you I can hear myself on the other end. Then I drive back and they say they couldn’t hear me. Though they did remake and refund the order so I will give them that.

I personally love stopping by sonic, especially this one. The service was wonderful and I’m always happy and satisfied at the end. I wanted to personally say that one of your employees, John I believe, was great. Very attentive and genuinely nice, and from what I could tell brought a positive environment. I’ve had seen eme multiple times and he always smile. I would love to reach out personally to let him know. If anybody can help me please! Thanks so much! Otherwise great!

Tried to order slushes, but their machine is down (never had that happen before). I asked if they would do sonic blasts for happy hour since their slush machine is down but they said no. I splurged and got 2 blasts for my kids ($4.19 each for a medium) along with 2 large cherry limeades. I didn’t take a drink of it before leaving and should have because it is the weakest flavored, worst cherry limeade I’ve ever tasted. Ended up spending 3x as much money as I wanted for disappointing drinks.
