I personally love stopping by sonic, especially this one. The service was wonderful and I’m always happy and satisfied at the end. I wanted to personally say that one of your employees, John I believe, was great. Very attentive and genuinely nice, and from what I could tell brought a positive environment. Tried to order slushes, but their machine is down (never had that happen before). I asked if they would do sonic blasts for happy hour since their slush machine is down but they said no. I splurged and got 2 blasts for my kids ($4.19 each for a medium) along with 2 large cherry limeades. I didn’t take a drink of it before leaving and should have because it is the weakest flavored, worst cherry limeade I’ve ever tasted. Ended up spending 3x as much money as I wanted for disappointing drinks.

Online order for a drink, 1 DRINK! Been almost 12 min waiting! What’s the point of mobile orders if they can’t run a soda out while other orders are prepared??

Was craving a dirty dr pepper and boy was i disappointed when I order a route 44 and got less than 10 drinks out of it. The cup was 90% ice the other one we purchased was about 75%ice.. I get you're running a deal on drinks but I'd much rather pay full price and get an actual soda. 🤷🏽♀️ have pictures to prove it but not letting me add pictures.

I was basically poisoned. Do not trust this place- I ordered a cherry limeade… after drinking it I saw the lime was completely rotten and moldy all around. Disgusting. And they forgot the cherries… in the CHERRY limeade. Rotten ingredients - this is Prosper TX USA… we should have fruit ingredients that are fresh. Do better, Sonic. I’m flabbergasted that this was the reality.

I come here nearly everyday I love the staff they are so friendly the food is always hot. There has only been one mishap here and the manger quickly took full responsibility and also gave me a free meal to pick up anytime. That was very reassuring. Thank you for honoring your slogan “America’s “favorite” it’s def my favorite
But if there is one thing to add I am a poly- pescatarian if you guys would have some sort of good option for us that would be great. If I would suggest maybe some type of grilled chicken breakfast burrito ( something like the #15) the breakfast toaster could have an option of turkey ?.
