My family tried this restaurant for the first time at the Prosper location today, I was absolutely blown away at the quality for price. The food tasted so fresh and good and my kids also loved it. The atmosphere, as well as the customer service was perfect. We have found a new favorite for sure! Highly recommend!

One of the best wraps i had . Street style ! Loved every bite of it , french fries were even so fresh n crispy. Im seeing other branches of it also haven’t tried them , will try to see if they are as good as this prosper one.

Been there at least a dozen times since they opened last spring. Wish I could give a comprehensive review but I am addicted to the OG Gyro stuffed with fries so that is all I get. Best gyro in town and I have searched for 10 years. Great beef/lamb seared perfectly and loaded on especially if you get the plus (1.5x) size serving. You will get meat sweats if you order the 2x meat. Fresh, crisp veggies, the berliner sauce is different than tzatziki but still very tasty. The pitas are grilled to a light crispy but still light. Easy to bite and have never had one tear when eating. The sugared pitas for desert are also great.
Nihan. He has been at the counter every visit and is a great host. I do not even need to tell him my order because he knows it. First time I went in I mistakenly thought pets were welcome. He was very upset he had to ask me to take my girl outside and brought my order to the truck. Whenever I go in he still apologizes, asks if she is in the truck and if so, goes out to see her. If not, he asks how she is. As a thank you for my patronage, he sneaks a little baklava into my bag from time to time.
Only problem with the atmosphere is the roof structure is exposed and all of the finish materials are hard so it gets a little noisy when any more than 2-3 parties are dining in.

Spiz provides fresh and delicious Mediterranean / Indian blend cuisine! My taste buds and tummy are satisfied. Very clean restaurant, the staff were very friendly. Calming uplifting environment. Fresh Lemon and mint water . We will be back :)
