The female employee that was working on 02/09/25 around 1/2pm was incredibly rude. She had a very nasty attitude upon my husband and I approaching the counter, before we even began to speak or order. Once I detected her lack of professionalism, I made it known to her that she would NOT be speaking to us in that way — as we have done nothing wrong to her to receive such treatment. She then QUICKLY got her act together; goes to show that she is a coward that will take advantage of people’s kindess, if allowed.
She is a disgrace to the Starbucks corporation and is the sole reason why I will no longer be patronizing this location. The male barista that actually prepared my order was prompt, kind and professional — she should take notes from him.

Its a little kiosk with 1 espresso machine, 1 blender, 2 people working at most and far less stock than a standalone store.You want faster service? Theres a store down the road with more equipment, more staff and a drive-thru.Or get your entitled kids to apply here.Its a kiosk, not a whole store.
