Yeah this is a weird bueno. Went there when it was dead at 5pm and had to wait like 15 minutes for a small order. The front counter is tiny with no Sign of where the food comes out. Same as a lot of places, they seem to prioritize drive-thru orders to a fault.

Crusty beans. 35 hours? Yes I believe they did sit out for 35 hour before being served to me. This place is atrocious. The employees are lazy.

It's my first time at this specific Taco Bueno and it will definitely be my last. Go to the one off of 75 and Virginia Pkwy because they are way better with better servings. This is the SADDEST Mucho Nachos I have ever had at any Taco Bueno. I didn't wait long but the meat was still cold, barely any meat or beans. Pitiful doesn't even describe this place. Stay away from this location.

I debated this, but y'all need to know. This store was a pretty poor experience. The young man who served us at the counter barely spoke. My wife went to sit and only found that most of the dining room had not been wiped down after the last ?? How many? Customer (s)? The drink station had literal standing liquid all over. I peeked in the kitchen and it was not the cleanest I've seen. The food tasted ok. Nobody is sick the morning after, thankfully, but we won't be back here until we know it's been straightened out.
The food from Taco Bueno just isn't as good as it used to be. That's at any of their franchises. This particular one in McKinney was as expected. But the music was horrible!

Went to Taco Bueno last night and went through the drive through. Went in through the lobby to request my missing item. When I walked in the lady looked back at me and said in Spanish to make a soft beef taco. She the. Greeted me and I told her I was missing a soft beef taco and her response was "I know". If you know then why wasn't it in the bag when you served us our food? Based on the other reviews there appears to be a history of this location missing items which tells me since she knew my items were missing that they're doing this intentionally.
