First, the aroma of the place didn't smell pleasing at all. I can't describe it... it wasn't a coffee or tea smell, just a bit foul.
Next the menu lacked any kind of drink description. I felt terrible having to ask what each drink consist of, but with beverages titled "Honolulu" and "Hong Kong" it wasn't easy.
Sadly, I ended up getting a bit flustered and tired of asking for descriptions, so I just ordered a small smoothie. Small was the size of a large. Unfortunately, it tasted like pure colorful blended sugar ice. After a few sips, I tossed it. Didn't want the calories for something subpar. My friend ordered a pumpkin latte and didn't like it either.

SO GOOD! got the rose milk tea (50% sugar) and lychee slush. One of the best rose mt I’ve had and I’ve had ALOT (basic Asian girl here). My husband usually doesn’t like getting drinks from boba places but he was also pleasantly surprised. Will be my go-to boba place here.

I came in for boba tea with my 2 kids. Got the chocolate milk tea and strawberry boba with a poke bowl. My son did not like the chocolate boba but they would not exchange it. I had to get a new one (passionfruit) at full price. We threw it out and it was 80% full. I thought a discount on the new one would have been appropriate. Not good customer service.

Not one customer here. Came in to see two women both with a frown and depressed eyes look at me without a welcome. Sure, I a customer can initiate the conversation. They still continued with bored eyes, no thanks, as if I was an annoyance. This place needs to work on customer service, a simple smile and "hello/thank you" is not hard. Plus prices don't match website /menu, looks like they increased by a dollar. Won't be coming back.

We love coming here. It’s cute and cozy. The teas and lemonades are delicious. They also have a few tasty snacks and cutsie Sanrio trinkets.

I ordered a Ginger lemonade and it was so fresh and yummy! My husband had a hot chai latte and he really enjoyed it too! We’ll be back!

My family and I recently moved from Hawaii to Prosper, TX, and discovering TeaLatte Bar here was such a pleasant surprise! ? The store, originally from Hawaii, brings a little piece of home to Texas. The owner is incredibly friendly, the decor is inviting, and the drinks are absolutely delicious. ?✨ Plus, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a great tea spot! ??
