Last stop of night for Texas first day! A lot of interest beers have you here! Burgers are big. Very big! But good. Everything may right be bigger in Texas!

This used to be one of my absolute favorite lunch spots. Now… I genuinely don’t know what’s going on anymore. 🤷‍♂️

For years, this place delivered.
The fried chicken sandwich? Hands down the best around.
Pair it with a good IPA and you were set — simple, consistent, reliable.

Then management changed, and things went downhill fast.
The value disappeared, the quality dropped, and the whole place lost the spark it once had. They eventually had to shut down for a bit, and now they’re open again — but the verdict is still out.

And here’s something I didn’t expect:
the calorie count on almost every item is shockingly high.
Like, “my nutritionist would shake her head at me” high.
It’s hard to enjoy anything when every choice feels like you’re detonating your week’s progress in one meal.

I really hope they find their footing again. I’d love nothing more than for this place to return to what it used to be.
But for now, I’m cautiously optimistic and waiting to see if things truly improve.

If you try placing an order for pick up or curbside try another location besides this one. They pay no attention to you and neither the original pickup time given to you. I’ve visited this location before here so I tried to give them another chance but nothing seems to change.

Aniyah is fantastic - but the A/C and LACK there of, isn’t worth going to this location. Clearly this owner doesn’t care about its patrons & their comfort!!!
3rd time I’ve been here & now I get it.
Too hot in Texas for this. Sorry not sorry.

Love the Brass Tap! We started coming here about a year ago when I decided to relocate my auto detailing business North Texas Ceramic Coatings & Detailing to the general area and now we are here 2x a week or more

Great beer selection plus amazing food! Even my 9 and 7 year olds love it here!

Food was not great. A good place to meet a friend and grab a cold beer, but I’d skip eating here.

Pretzel nuggets- just a chopped up frozen pretzel.

Chicken sandwich- meat was laughably thin, nice piece of Kraft yellow cheese on top. Greasy

Burger- frozen burger, very bland. I’d rather just get Whataburger.

Update- I have been back with much better food/experience. updating the review.

Brass Tap is great! Good food, great prices, fun atmosphere.
Last night I picked up a chicken sandwich and an app to go. Unfortunately, I ended up with over cooked chicken this time. Normally it’s delicious and I can’t finish. I called and the girls there had the owner call back. I explained everything else was great, , like always, just a big miss this time on the chicken. The owner offered to personally deliver another sandwich to me! ABOVE & BEHOND!!! Luckily I live walking distance so it wasn’t too far. Can’t believe the INCREDIBLE Customer Service.
One bad sandwich wasn’t going to stop me from getting it again next time, it happens to everyone, no big deal. But the way it was corrected was truly kind and stellar service!!

We absolutely love this location, this was our first stop before we moved the business here and while the business is in Frisco/Little Elm, we live minutes from here and have always had a great experience here! Can't say enough great things about this location our 10 and almost 8 year old MAKE us go there lol great beer selection, killer food and kid friendly! what could be better any day of the week!
