I ordered food, which included two smoothies and two meal items. I went to pick up my order at the designated pick-up time, waited another 15 minutes, and then had to walk up to the counter and ask about my food. It was sitting behind the counter for 10 minutes.
The smoothie was chunky with ice and had to be reblended at home. We also paid for double meat in both orders and didn't get it, and my wife's order was not even followed. We asked for some items to be removed due to allergies, but they didn't remove them.
I complained before posting this review, and they didn't follow up after two weeks. Don't eat here.

I never liked smoothies much… until I found tropical smoothie cafe. The sunrise sunset is my favorite but I haven’t tried one that I didn’t like from them. Customer service is always amazing. Facility is clean. Ordering over the app is just as easy as in person and convenient for group orders or days I’m in a rush.

I’m highly upset the fact that I called the location multiple times and no one answered I this it’s ridiculous that when I arrived there was no one in there my order was over 50$ the only one that eased my frustration was Christian the owner has definitely upset me his name is (Jesse) I think it’s unprofessional for him to tell me that it’s not his problem that someone else picked up the order typically in a franchise dealing with food, you would verify the receipt on who is picking up what if the system was followed properly this would not have happened and unfortunately, I had the experience of talking to the owner, who was absolutely no help, and since they had already closed out my order, they were unable to do a refund and I think it’s unacceptable because if I did not receive the items purchase, I would assume my money would be able to be given back truly unsatisfied with the way everything was handled i’d definitely never spend money here again and to tell me that I would not be able to get a refund due to their mistakes is Misleading as a business next time Jesse do better #jambajuice forever

If you go to this location be sure to check your bag before you go. First of all, they have the annoying prompt for tips on the card reader. I reluctantly gave a tip at checkout. Took my food and headed back to work to enjoy it. Pulled it out and noticed the banana I ordered was DARK AND BRUISED AND NOT FRESH. You had to see that when putting it in my bag. No thanks! I'll drive from Celina though Prosper into Frisco next time I want TS.

I tried this place for the first time, and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. I had a special request for a fruit replacement, and they happily accommodated it without any hassle. I ordered the kids’ strawberries and banana drink for my child, and it was a hit. The flavors were fresh and delicious.
For myself, I chose the detox island green, and I was very pleased with the taste and quality. It was refreshing and exactly what I needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The ambiance was welcoming, the drinks were great, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!

Most obnoxious workers!!!! They’re all so loud and should be all fired! This is why teenagers should not work most customer service places, especially all at one spot. I confronted them about it and one of them (the brunette girl) said “girl you need to calm down!” That was hella disrespectful to me.

I usually love Tropical Smoothie Café and I eat there and order catering from Frisco regularly, but I was very disappointed with this location. The customer service when I was ordering was unfriendly, but I could’ve gotten over that until I went into the restroom. It was absolutely disgusting and the toilet seat was falling off. I let the girl at the register know that they were out of soap and paper towels in the restroom and her response was,” yeah, well, we are out of paper towels in general.” That does not make me feel good about where my food is being prepared, so I will not be returning to this location.

Just ordered a peanut butter banana crunch on flatbread and ended up getting it with little to no peanut butter! Not a big deal but would be cool to check the food before sending out?
