I usually love Tropical Smoothie Café and I eat there and order catering from Frisco regularly, but I was very disappointed with this location. The customer service when I was ordering was unfriendly, but I could’ve gotten over that until I went into the restroom. It was absolutely disgusting and the toilet seat was falling off. I let the girl at the register know that they were out of soap and paper towels in the restroom and her response was,” yeah, well, we are out of paper towels in general.” That does not make me feel good about where my food is being prepared, so I will not be returning to this location.

Just ordered a peanut butter banana crunch on flatbread and ended up getting it with little to no peanut butter! Not a big deal but would be cool to check the food before sending out?

i wanted to try tropical smoothie for the first time so i came in for 2 smoothies and the girl in the front was extremely rude to me for no reason. she had a major attitude which made me not even want to buy anything. told me she only had KID SIZES and rolled her eyes. i’ll just go to Smoothie King.

Everything was ready when I got to the restaurant, but when I grabbed my food and had already drove off I checked in my bags and they had forgotten my drink. When I tried to call them multiple times no one picked up the phone and still haven't.

If they actually had the food items it would be amazing! 3 times now out of Turkey. Another day no fruit. Today was we are out of Acai bowls. The staff is nice but very green. No one knows how to refund a Turkey sandwich that they charged me for and don’t have. No one knows how to take my phone number to give my points to my account. I also was taken back to hear that the owner threatened to “ call the cops” on my friend who was briefly parked it one of his 4 EMPTY parking spots. She was going into get a pick up from another vendor. He could have handled it differently- especially since all 4 were empty. That’s customer service that makes them want to come in there! If my kids didn’t like this place I would never set foot in it.

We come here fairly often for just smoothies but I've started getting the Açaí bowel. I get running out of ingredients like granola, I was warned but you really should discount it and I shouldn't be paying full price when I'm not getting all of the ingredients. I may have to start going elsewhere for açaí bowls and food.

Second time that the corn has been under filled. It's a side dish, not a sample. We have Ordered at this location multiple times. But the last two times order prep seems haphazard or skimpy.

Not sure if it's all teenagers working here with no supervision but that's exactly what it seems like. While ordering, the cashier was more concerned talking to the boy behind her than taking an order and kept turning around and giggling with him and the other two were too busy talking about their $120 paycheck. While waiting for my order, I could hear them talk about how they didn't have the proper ingredients to make my food and talking about how they were just going to throw things together. Not high expectations on the food after the ordering experience and I was correct, the order was not correct and was missing item. When asked for the missing items (salsa) I was told that they "forgot to prep it this morning" and threw something in a cup. Such a shame; the food was great but the service in there is not great and definitely needs a manager over the age of 18. Very disrespectful teenagers.

First time in and was very impressed. Clean establishment with fresh drinks and many kids who are working their first job. They were all very polite and working hard to process the line of folks waiting. This young lady, Melina, was working the register, making drinks, and processing food. Very impressed with everything including the drinks.

My daughter and I had dinner here tonight. We each had a flatbread. I got sea salt chips and she got the jalapeño corn. The place was nice and clean and the young lady who took our order was very nice. We will return here.

Not sure if all teenagers work here or not... but this is my second time being here and I'm not impressed. They are more worried about socializing loudly with each other than the customer. And then when they do speak to customers, no one can hear them due them speaking so softly. My cashier tried to give me a receipt before I even paid??? I corrected her and she said oops! While I was there, there was a food safety type of guy and he loudly started to ask her if the manager knows if they have any type of "food safe" certification or some sort. Made me feel real great about purchasing food there. Not sure I'll be revisiting. If I do, I hope there's an actual adult supervising.
