The beef brisket is absolutely amazing. If I were choosing a 3-meat combo, I’d pick it for all three. And I want it fatty.

Dec 17th 6:35pm They had me waiting 10 min in the drive thru with not a single car in front of me just to tell me they were out of brisket, baked potatoes, chicken strips, corn and mac and cheese. It is the second time in a week that this happens. I told the lady it would have been helpful to announce in their menu the unavailable items so customers don't waste their time waiting a 10 minutes to take their order with an empty drive thru just to be told all I wanted to order was unavailable. The lady said they are not able to do that with an attitude. My husband and I have been eating here since they opened at least three times a week and it is so sad to see it go downhill in such a short period of time. I gave it another chance today but no more. I have heard the same thing from my neighbors and school parents that live in the area. HEB is a great business run by a few incompetents in their bbq restaurant.

What a scam. Paid $1.00 for a teaspoon of coleslaw. Sandwich was $16.00 and fountain drinks in a 8 oz cup for $2.25.
Meat was dry, ordering process is cold with no customer focus. Using a computer to order my food and the outrageous pricing means someone is getting rich fast off of your working customers backs.
Time delay from irderong to delivery was longer than it should have been

Never been in a H-E-B plus store but it’ll be hard to top my 1st visit, great Food, great service and value, shout out to Morgan i believe was her name for making sure the World Series game was on the tv for me to watch, my hometown has 2 HEB stores but not a plus store, yall are doing it right in Prosper !!!!

Great grocery store, terrible BBQ. 2nd time we have given them a try. Meet had no smoke on it and I got a lot of paprika flavor. The computer self ordering option is impossible for family order. Customer service was lacking when asked for help with the computer. The overall atmosphere was great. Drive up the road to Tender for a better experience.
