Exceptional Service and Beautiful Atmosphere! We booked a room at Fortunata Winery for my daughter's wedding night, and although there was a mix up with the cleaning staff and the room wasn't ready, the winery handled it with grace and professionalism. As soon as I reported the issue, they immediately refunded the room and went above and beyond by offering a complimentary stay with their romance package, plus a voucher for the wine tasting room.
What a great venue!! I ordered the food for a baby shower - and it was fantastic!!! Beautifully arranged and absolutely delicious.
I live in a different state, so depended on the staff for guidance, who were incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
I highly recommend this wonderful setting for any occasion!!!
We rented an event space for our wedding welcome reception and villas on site. The staff was friendly and accommodating despite some initial mix ups during the planning process, they made sure everything was just right. Jackie is a sweetheart and was helpful and easy to work with. We love their pizza and wines, as our guests. The property is cute and quaint and we can’t wait to go back!
