At home BBQ with a family atmosphere. Sausage, ribs and beans were phenomenal! Mr. Sherm is a great man and watched out 1 & 4 year old while we polished off the remainder of the food. Called ahead to make sure they still had food left and Sherm answered quickly with “Y’all come on, we’re full up!”

Small portions. Brisket tasted like it was cooked in an oven. No smoke flavor and very fatty and cold. Once i got all the fat off. There was only enoungh meat left for one slice instead of 3 slices only 4 slices of sausage. Pinto beans were extremely salty and potato salad was mushy (like mashed potatoes)With pickle juice. I would not recommend

Absolutely fantastic! I have been working in TX for 6 months and frankly haven't found good BBQ until a friend of mine told me about Big Bo Sherms and I was not let down. I drove 4 and a half hours from Corpus today 5/20/2023 and I was not disappointed. I got brisket, sausage, potatoe salad, and baked beans and let me tell you it was what I picture Texas BBQ to be. I will have no problems making this drive again real soon!

We RV around the country and have experienced many bbq places. I have to say Bigbo Sherms is by far the best brisket I have ever ate. So moist and tender you can cut it with a fork.

Y’all, if you want fall off the bone ribs, and tender brisket, this is the place. The homemade potato salad was delicious. We are camping at Oak Park and this BBQ place is right down the road passed the park. We all had the 2 meats, 2 sides plate, and it comes with onions, pickles, and slice of bread for 14.95 each. It’s well worth that price, great tasting BBQ!
We found this gem on the route back home from East Texas. The burgers did not disappoint- we were starving and not only were they delicious, they kept us full the rest of the day! It was also great that they had a little area for our 15 month old to run around and get some of her energy out. HIGHLY recommend!
