I placed my order online at 4:03pm and order was suppose to be ready in 30 minutes. At 4:30pm, I arrived at the store. I went on the truck stop side to pick up some drinks before I picked up my order. When I went to pick up my order, the employee said he didn't see an order. Then said it had not been made and that it will take 30 minutes. So now I am waiting an hour for my order. When they got it made, I checked it to be sure it was right. Well it wasn't right. I had ordered the Humble Pie without pepperoni and add ham instead. No ham, had pepperoni. The 2nd pizza was the Hawaiian pizza with extra cheese and jalapenos added. No extra cheese and no jalapenos. Very few pineapples too. When I told them it was wrong after waiting an hour for it, the woman blamed another employee for it. Only good thing is she offered to make the order again but I wasn't into waiting another 30-35 minutes. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS. They would rather stand around or wonder around truck stop instead of doing their jobs. Yet all fast food is the same, wanting more pay but doing no work and making mistakes and not paying attention and getting orders right

Horrible experience, not with the actual store, but with the app and corporate. Downloaded the app and placed my first order. Five minutes after completing my order, the store called and said they didn't have the crust we wanted and asked if we wanted to continue or cancel. I cancelled, but they took the payment out of my account. This happened May 17th. As of today, June 18th my money has not been credited back to my account.

Frozen pre-made not fresh crust was like eating pizza on a saltine cracker. No where near the descriptors that the company uses to market their product. I've had Frozen pizza from a grocery store much better than what I got at Godfathers and the prices are outrageous and an insult to the consumer. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website. Doesn't even come close.

The restaurant was poorly managed. On line ordering for pickup provided a time for pickup (6:13pm) that was different than the ordering system (6:52pm). Employees were badmouthing the new manager, other patrons orders were incorrect, long wait times, frazzled employees, etc.
