Friendly, helpful staff. Extremely efficient, accurate service. Quite often, by the time I finish filling my drink cup, the food is arriving at my table, always with a smile, and always at the perfect temperature and exactly how I ordered it. DQ in Quinlan always gets it just right for me.

My damn chicken strips were not fully cooked, I guess they’re serving Salmonella at this place and the little girl was so quick to pull us around to get out of the line that she didn’t even bother to give me our drinks paid for a combo and kids meals with no drinks! Food is too expensive to not get everything that you’ve paid for due to complete carelessness!!!!!!!!!! Oh and wait the cell carrier is unavailable when you call the phone number listed complete waste of time.

Flavor for the vanilla milkshake was there but the milkshake was not. They took the word milkshake as literal as can be. Milk and ice cream was in the cup but not mixed and smell in the drive thru was horrendous as if something died. UPDATE: I went to go get it remade and the girl had an attitude about it

I am honestly just posting this because I am a little peeved off however clarification is very important when ordering. I went through the drive through and wanted a chocolate dipped cone put into a cup because I was not eating it immediately and was going to eat it when I arrived home and did not want the cone melting so I wanted a cup to catch any of the ice cream that leaked (and so I could still have the cone). I thought this was understood and I told the drive through I wanted a dipped cone but can you guys put it in a cup for me and the person on the drive through instead asks me if I wanted a chocolate dipped cone put into a cup. I get that it does sound the same thing. However the person was condescending and made it out to seem like I did not know what I was ordering. When I said what I wanted but was not clarified and communicated with to make sure I was given what I wanted.
