Domino's Pizza

Ordered pizza on the app last night and about 30 minutes later, the pizza tracker showed it was out of the oven. Then they canceled the order with no explanation. I was sick and hungry, could not leave my house. I called several times, each time I waited in queue until it hung up on me. I never did speak to a real person. They just shut down everything. I finally spoke to a lady today and the reason given was “we closed early.” That was it, other than, she said they were busy refunding many orders. No apology. Nothing. So out of the blue, they just chose to close early, canceled several orders and chose not to communicate with the customers that keep them in business.

It was horrible ordered online 30 minutes before I got off work I got there he tried to convince me I didn't have an order what's my name was on the board saying it was ready then he told me the manager walked out and they had to close early and cancel all the orders. I'm not sure why they couldn't just do the orders that were already placed if that's okay and we went to Pizza Hut to go to place I'll try again next time

I have live in Quinlan since I was a teenager after living in oak cliff all my life and no matter what or how many chances I have given this place it is still always a terrible experience and a complete waste of money! Terrible owner and terrible food!

Only have one star because zero stars was not an option. Average delivery time is 2 plus hours if you’re lucky enough to get it at all. They will show your pizza delivered on the app and it could be hours before it actually shows up again if at all. Then if you call to check on an order that was made hours ago they don’t even answer the phone.

They don't accept Discover card at the Quinlan texas location. So. When we tried to place or pre-order we switched to pay at the store. You can't place an order over $50 without prepayment. So we came to the store to place the order,pay, then wait.
Now that we know this stores policies we can adapt for next time. Just confused that other location all seem to take Dicover?

My wife messed up our order, then called and told them she ordered for the wrong day. They went ahead and made our order, but then someone took two of our pizzas. So they upgraded our drinks and gave us two pizzas already made. They did everything to make it right.

If you like your food contaminated with second hand smoke go ahead enjoy.

I order a pizza for delivery i paid $29 and counted them infront of her 20 minutes later she comes back nocks on door telling me i only gave her 13 dollars. I wanted to call the police but i didn't want any problems . God is looking at her

This guys had a horrible attitude he said the parmesan was 1.50 and we said no and he said I have some at home

Charges me twice and said order was delivered it never was! We have tried calling several times and it is the commercial then hangs up on us. We are very upset and we’re loyal customers I suggest they call the Tawakoni Dr orders phone number from tonight to make this right

The gentleman behind the counter that is always there every time, making pizzas, is so pleasant. I had something wrong with my order but he immediately fixed it and was so nice about it. I always appreciate that guy he’s always smiling.
