This place is a joke!! I ordered a thin pizza and got a regular dough and it was nasty

It's been almost 2 hours since I ordered pizza. App says it's been delivered. I've been waiting on my delivery driver for 30 minutes now. This Domino's is horrible. Now they won't get on the telephone and explain why I don't have pizza at almost bed time.

Indeed the worst place i have ever ordered from. I once ordered and waited nearly 4 hours for it to get here. I obviously did not receive it.
Gave it a second chance today, and once again LATE!!! ORDERED AT 6:13 AND ITS 8:02 COMMON NOW REALLY. ??? ALL OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND STILL THEY HAVENT DONE ANYTHING?
CHANGE MANAGEMENT OR SO. DAMN. IT IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!
I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

Terrible service

I ordered pizza at 6:00 something he left the store at 7:05 and did not ride to my house till 7:58 and I only live like 10 minutes away from Domino's and they gave every excuse in the book my pizza gets here it's so cold you can use it for ice cubes I won't even affect my dog my breadsticks and they don't want to do nothing they want to give you the runaround and this and that just like every time and then when you call up there talk to him they want to leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes without doing anything trying to just make you forget about it I spent almost $40 for me and my kids not to eat thanks Domino's and then you call up there to talk to a manager when you do get a hold of somebody they won't give you a run around and say the managers done left when we all know and fast food a manager cannot leave they have to shut the store down these are the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever met in my life and I work fast food

Not from this area so I had a very hard time finding this place due to them having all the lights off on the outside. I was told it is always this way. Not cool.

Walked up to 2 employees fighting it out. Didnt know that at first. One threw an object and hit me and then he had a large knife in the other employees face, like an inch away screaming I'll kill u. He carelessly waved that knife around me and another guy and then when confronted about it he tried to lie about it as he asked if we seen how the other guy was acting. ( i said no i only seen him waving a knife and throwing stuff, he got mad and fled the scene ) turns out he was the owners son.

Without a doubt the worst pizza place i have ever eaten or ordered from. I would rather eat off a "roach coach" before ever eating at another domino's all bc of this location. To start they don't practice safe food measures. The manager was rude and completely out of line. Save your money or order literally any other food in town. If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. Corporate allows this kind of thing to go on even after many complaints about this kind of stuff.

Wednesday the October 2nd a order was placed at domino's in quinlan by my mom.
The order was never received. She had no way to go and being in almost her 70s called for delivery.
The order NEVER made it to her and we continued to call Wednesday into Thursday morning. Assured a refund would be done for the fact of they took the money and she never received her order . So I called today to ask by chance if they had the situation resolved since we haven't heard anything.
I've litteraly ordered food from here for years going against all the bad things that have been said.
Not only did the manager raise his voice and become extremely hateful, he hung up on me as well. Stating "there's nothing more we can do". "No one called the store Thursday about the issue"
Correction because i did in fact call and the phone just continued to ring!
I simply asked a question on if the situation was going to be resolved I'm sorry stuff is expensive and taking someone's money and not supplying what was payed for is a big deal.

Got 2 large pizzas today at lunch haven't eaten there in years they looked good but the crust was terrible. Ordered hand tossed but I don't know what we got it was thin and seemed to have cornmeal in it, not recommended.

Made a order online for delivery and when it got here some of it was wrong. Called they said they will fix it and send it out, but it has been over 80 minutes and nothing. I don't see how this place is still in business.

On September 11 2024 my wife placed an order or 3 medium 2 topping pizzas and 1 Italian sub. After an hour and a half our food arrived my sub had 2 small slices of salami on it and 1 piece of cheese. 2 of our pizzas had the wrong toppings and the other pizza all of the toppings had slid off of. We called to complain and were immediately met with hostility. Eventually the girl on the phone aggree to redo our order at a later date and claimed to make a notation of it on their computer. Tonight (September 26 2024) we decided to call in said order, after 37 minutes on hold and being hung up on once we finally spoke with the owner who clamed the computer had no notation about our order and we never ordered the sub. I then proceeded to go to the store with the sandwich in question in which he shoed us away like stray dogs. Our treatment at this establishment was disgusting.
