Do not order from this McDonald’s Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable and when you call the store and try to speak to the manager, they hang up on you. It is ridiculous that it is such a small town. The only restaurant open to get anything to eat is a Whataburger and then they changed their hours to close by 10 o’clock in the evening due to weather. It’s truly sad when people can’t even get a bite to eat even though you paid online and now have to wait 1 to 7 business days to get a refund I definitely will not be using this restaurant anymore

I came through the drive thru on January 10 at 9:40pm and your employees are on the phone while serving me. Literally having one of them go get Starbucks and passing their drinks and cash through the window while I am still here waiting for my order. Very unprofessional and bad service, so worried about their Starbucks drinks instead of giving me my order.

Morning crew is horrible. I stood at the register for 10 minutes workers looking at me and never came to take my order. Even with me saying can someone come to my order. I left without getting to order breakfast.

we came in and got two frappes and a thing of french fries we got to the window they handed us one frappe and fries and asked us to pull up even though the guy was almost done with the second frappe. we pull up and are waiting and 3 cars pull out from the window behind us and nothing. husband goes in and the second frappe is just sitting g there melting. it’s kinda goofy they gonna have us pull up and wait just for the guy to be almost done with it to begin with. this happens frequently. no one wants a watered down frappe.

Drive through always backed up, several times we have pulled up to order and no one answered the intercom until we just started saying what we wanted. Then it's was as if they were rushing us to place the order.
