Waited by window for 3-5 mins before someone even came to see what I needed. No one else in drive thur line and only one other car in lot. Not a busy time of night either.

Ordered Large supreme Pizza Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and by the time it got to me it was cold and not so good from other establishments who do delivery. The driver was calling me repeatedly first he had the wrong address which when I ordered I gave address twice. Then he can't find my house on my street said his GPS was broken and I'm thinking doesn't the phone ur on have a GPS? Overall poor service and food

Called to place a Togo order because the app was really slow and it took 10 minutes for someone to answer and then he hung up before he gave me the total or making the order was right.

Thank you so much to the manager Tristin Edwards. It has been one of the worst weeks of our lives and we would have gone yet another day without eating thanks to our landlord illegally trying to force us to move by turning our utilities off. Thank you so much Tristin!

Let me preface this review by stating that I've been ordering here for years. It's usually pretty good as far as Pizza Hut is concerned.
They bizarrely seem to not have the same national specials at the same time as the other local locations.
I've noticed that sometimes you have to go to either Canton or Emory to get the current promotional pizzas.
They just don't show up in the app at this location.
But other than that, they're usually pretty decent.
Tonight however was probably the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. We ordered 2 Big New Yorker Pizzas through the app and headed to pick them up. Once we arrived we noticed that the drive-through was full. That's not usually the case at this location, but we figured maybe we weren't the only ones who didn't feel like cooking tonight.
We sat in line for about 10 minutes. Not a huge deal. Places out this way tend to be kinda slow.
The disappointment however wasn't in the wait, but the food. The pizzas we received are the worst pizzas we've ever gotten...from anywhere. They were both under-sauced, under-cheesed and horribly overcooked. They are so overcooked that you can't even taste the sauce.
The icing on the cake though was the blonde hair that my wife picked out of her slice. Guess they wanted to make up for the lack of cheese and sauce.
So reading the entirety of the situation (long line, overcooked, under prepared pizzas) it's pretty obvious that the crew probably isn't to blame. From the drive through window I could only see one employee, so it's highly likely he was in there fighting for his life because they're understaffed.
I thought about calling and complaining, but what's the point? Things like this aren't usually a crew issue, but rather awful management, bad training, poor operating skills etc.
If you want good pizza out here, try Lugi's. We would have ordered from there, but they're closed on Monday.
This'll be the last time we spend any money at this place, until they get their act together. Most Americans can't afford to throw 30+ dollars away on a meal they can't even eat!

Nice small Pizza Hut with great service. No buffet but does have a lunch special of a slice, salad and drink. Clean and fast. It does have a drive through window and DoorDash delivery.

The store front needed some cleaning.
The furniture is showing wear.
As I left I asked for 2 packets of parmesan cheese. The little girl said we charge for them. Papa Johns didn't! I told her to keep it and went next door to Walmart and bought a jar of parmesan. Don't piss a Senior Citizen off we have nothing but time to tell Everyone!

First and last pizza I’ll order from the Hut in Quinlan. Ordered and paid through the online option after waiting too long over the phone. Picked up my pizza and requested Parmesan cheese and pepper. I was informed that that was an additional charge. I have never been charged for condiments before. If this is the normal for all Pizza Huts, then I’ll never buy another one of their pizzas again. I encourage all patrons to do the same. Buy from establishments that take care of the customer.
