Ordered two honey chipotle chicken sandwiches through the app…got regular instead…happens almost every time. The receipt is correct, but the sandwiches were not…Please take time to actually read customers orders so you’ll get it right!

Our online order was wrong twice back to back and when I told them the 2cd time they acted like me wanting my food correct was some big issue like how dare I. I also believe on the 2cd time they purposely took forever cause it doesn't take 5 mins to add chile to 2 hot dogs.

Waited 10 mins for a Dr Pepper and 2 mini coconut freeze drinks. Finally got them and the freezes had sticky all over it and the Dr Pepper was old and flat

Came to this sonic today and it was busy mind you so the wait at the screen was considered but if i order something on the screen and ask for a certain sauce i should get it in my bag and if they are out its completley understandable but you need to communicate with your customers at the screenbecause i Had to pull back around to the door and ask someone for the sauce and then get told that they were out .

Got grills cheese it was like rubber. The car hop had 5 drinks and a shAke for us and no cup holder just my husband and went for this order. She dropped one of our drinks and had to take everything back in to remake and get cup holder. By the time we got our food it was cold. The stall I had to get out and push the button because it was hit.

Well we pulled up to the car hop and.was ready to order push the red button hoping to order some toasters sandwiches but for 10 minutes no one came on the speaker to take our order or say anything and there was one car in the drive thru one in the car hope lane across from us so with us only three car was at the restaurant so we just left never had that kind of service before won't tell others to eat there
