Got grills cheese it was like rubber. The car hop had 5 drinks and a shAke for us and no cup holder just my husband and went for this order. She dropped one of our drinks and had to take everything back in to remake and get cup holder. By the time we got our food it was cold. The stall I had to get out and push the button because it was hit.
Can't quite understand why it ALWAYS takes them so long to take your order at the drive thur unless they are so understaffed. I have driven off because of this and have observed other people doing it too. Love their food though.
Ordered a lemon slush with extra lemon n got no lemon at all. Got yelled at by the female manager because their screens were down and she expected me to know that somehow. This place had gone down hill big time. I thought after the remodel maybe things would get better but no. I'll be checking my drinks from now on. I'd go somewhere else but not much choice in Quinlan.
