Showed up around 3 pm on a Saturday and the single employee in the back had nothing ready only 2 types of bread and over half the meat he was out of… the store was a wreck and he tells us he gets payed by the hour not the sandwich… experience so bad I’ll avoid all subways for a little while

Filthy. Food/trash sits on the floors for days. Nobody wears hair nets or hats. Observed a employee scratching his head while making a order without hair protection. Probably one of the dirtiest filthy place I have ever been in.

Went there for lunch with my girlfriend. They didn't even have pizzas thawed out to cook them. And this is hours after they have opened. And this happens almost everytime I go. I'll think "you know what I'll try this place out again maybe they'll actually be able to serve some food this time" but I think this is the last time I try that. My girlfriend gets a sub with chicken and the chicken had bones in it! First bite into it at that. Honestly one of the worst subways I've ever been to. I never have that kind of experience at other subways.

bought a foot long today ... the lady who was making the sandwitch keept turing certan part of the bread away from me. I asked for a foot long it doesnt even have enought meet on it for a 6 inch... the sandwich taste like cleaner not to mention burnt to hell. I have pictures but it wont let me post them for some reason.

I have been to this location twice in the last week, the first time they didn’t have steak at all and just now they said it was frozen and would take at least an hour for it to thaw. I will not go back. Went to the other one in quinlan and got the sandwiches I wanted.
I try to avoid bad reviews but I have to share this. I stopped in because I needed a quick lunch, well it turned into 20 minutes to get a footlong and no one was ahead of me. The employee was brand new and this was his very first sandwich to make. 2 other employees did nothing while I tried to be patient. I had to guide him through the process and kept my mouth shut when he dropped meat on the counter and then put it on my sandwich. I ordered one of the new ones because it comes with avocado. Apparently that's only true if they happen to have avocado.That would have been nice to know before I waited so long to get the sandwich, besides they are 3 feet from Walmart produce and could have bought one.No one seemed to care about anything on this particular day.
