Went there for lunch with my girlfriend. They didn't even have pizzas thawed out to cook them. And this is hours after they have opened. And this happens almost everytime I go. I'll think "you know what I'll try this place out again maybe they'll actually be able to serve some food this time" but I think this is the last time I try that. My girlfriend gets a sub with chicken and the chicken had bones in it! First bite into it at that. Honestly one of the worst subways I've ever been to. I never have that kind of experience at other subways.

bought a foot long today ... the lady who was making the sandwitch keept turing certan part of the bread away from me. I asked for a foot long it doesnt even have enought meet on it for a 6 inch... the sandwich taste like cleaner not to mention burnt to hell. I have pictures but it wont let me post them for some reason.

I have been to this location twice in the last week, the first time they didn’t have steak at all and just now they said it was frozen and would take at least an hour for it to thaw. I will not go back. Went to the other one in quinlan and got the sandwiches I wanted.

I try to avoid bad reviews but I have to share this. I stopped in because I needed a quick lunch, well it turned into 20 minutes to get a footlong and no one was ahead of me. The employee was brand new and this was his very first sandwich to make. 2 other employees did nothing while I tried to be patient. I had to guide him through the process and kept my mouth shut when he dropped meat on the counter and then put it on my sandwich. I ordered one of the new ones because it comes with avocado. Apparently that's only true if they happen to have avocado.That would have been nice to know before I waited so long to get the sandwich, besides they are 3 feet from Walmart produce and could have bought one.No one seemed to care about anything on this particular day.

Worst experience ever!!! Specially the gentleman working there, doesn’t even greets you or anything. Very rude. If you don’t want to work there, there’s a lot of other jobs hiring !!!!!!

This store is always understaffed, filthy and out of alot of stuff essential for making sandwiches.Clearly the management doesn't care about customer service or they would be in there helping the only employee that showed up to work. Had to wait 15 min for meatballs to be heated only to be told that he was put of onion, bell pepper, black olives, ingredients that I wanted on the meatball and the BMT. Needless to say I will not be eating here for a long time to come

Awful!!! One young man working. Garbage full. No chips on rack like about 12 bags two kinds only. The bins were low and dirty and glass was dirty. Not a good experience!! Sorry to say.

By far the worst experience I have had at a subway. Their owners are not doing their job with keeping up ordering supplies. The employees were out of everything. On top of that, we were not warned they were out of the items. My mother got a dry sandwich with almost no veggies because she felt bad getting it completely made and then telling them she did not want it without mayo. WILL not be returning to this subway and I suggest no one does until the owners know how to run a business.
