I stop at this Subway in gas station regular on the way to work. The sandwich maker today must be new, Was going on a political, H talking about changing genders, as she was taking way too long to make a sandwich for customer in front of me.
She interrupted me, did not listen, forgot repeatedly cause H kept talking.

Made a special trip to town on Mother's Day to pick up a few sandwiches to the Quinlan parkway location in Quinlan Texas. Come to find out that they had unexpectedly closed at 3pm due to over half the staff quitting the day before and the operations manager refusing to keep the store operational on her behalf. So from 3 to 9pm the store was closed during business hours. Everytime I go in there, there are always new faces. This is where the problem starts with management. They need to get someone in there that knows what they are doing. They missed out on alot of money yesterday within those 6 hours of no service as that store is within a BUSY gas station with prime location. They need to get it together!! Aside from that nobody ever seemed happy like there was some animocity within the employee staff. You can't require your employees to pull a double when you won't even do it. I'll take my business to the other location from now on.

I just got screamed at by a S××nky curly headed young blonde girl for asking a question. Very rude and has no value of customer service and was being rude to her assistant.i wouldn't waste your effort of stopping in.

Took incredibly too long for this one young man to make sandwiches for the two people that were in front of us and then me and my daughter we were in there waiting for over 30 minutes he was not friendly he was not nice not apologetic just really didn't care too much and it showed.
