When I walked in there was about four or five high schoolers around there just cursing being vulgar three people were waiting for mobile orders for 30 minutes my order was already 10 minutes late nobody ever approached the counter or asked if we needed any help I didn't even get my food and was charged I will be contacting the franchise owner because this is highly unacceptable I called the Taco Bell and asked to speak to the manager and she sounded like a toddler who basically could only say I don't know I don't know I don't know but drive-thru had about 7 to 8 people waiting in line this is supposed to be fast food if not gourmet somebody needs to do something about that disaster of a Taco Bell

I know it doesn't take many brain cells to work at Taco Bell but when someone says no sour cream on something should probably listen that's ridiculous your customers shouldn't have to turn around and come back to the store to fix y'all's mistakes just listen the first time not that hard

I've eaten at dozens of Taco Bells-- this wasn't one of the better ones, at least at the time we visited. Service was not friendly or efficient--order messed up. Table was sticky. Taco filling very anemic.

Always out of everything, either beans or rice, I mean ur a Mexican fast food spot , id think I'd make sure to keep that stuff considering almost everything includes stuff like that !! And yet I was short literally a penny and couldn't get my order. A freaking penny, RU serious rn wow

Although I am a frequent flyer of Taco Bell in Quinlan Texas for the last two times I have been in the restaurant there have been dogs inside the restaurant now I understand dogs need to be cooled off also , but these are homeless folks that are bringing their dogs in the restaurant and they’re not eating. They’re just sitting at the table. This is not acceptable so from this point forward, I will no longer be coming to Taco Bell in Quinlan Texas. I am sorry to say. PS if you’re going to have 5 to 6 people in the restaurant, do not let your lobby be filthy. The lobby was trashed.

I don't know why w Everytime we get cinnabonds they are warm on outside but cold on inside. I used to work there and they shouldn't be like that . Buy everytime I go they are cold .
