After 15 minutes not one person in the lobby had been served. Employees ignore Lobby in favor of to-go and drive thru. They dont even greet you anymore. It's like they just dont want customers at all

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and two soft vegetarian tacos. The crust of the pizza was old and tasted terrible. When I ate inside, I received a replacement pizza. It was overfilled and tasted okay. I will not be going back to that restaurant.

Waited over thirty minutes and still didn't get my food. While I was waiting they served all of the cars in the drive through first.

When I walked in there was about four or five high schoolers around there just cursing being vulgar three people were waiting for mobile orders for 30 minutes my order was already 10 minutes late nobody ever approached the counter or asked if we needed any help I didn't even get my food and was charged I will be contacting the franchise owner because this is highly unacceptable I called the Taco Bell and asked to speak to the manager and she sounded like a toddler who basically could only say I don't know I don't know I don't know but drive-thru had about 7 to 8 people waiting in line this is supposed to be fast food if not gourmet somebody needs to do something about that disaster of a Taco Bell

I know it doesn't take many brain cells to work at Taco Bell but when someone says no sour cream on something should probably listen that's ridiculous your customers shouldn't have to turn around and come back to the store to fix y'all's mistakes just listen the first time not that hard

I've eaten at dozens of Taco Bells-- this wasn't one of the better ones, at least at the time we visited. Service was not friendly or efficient--order messed up. Table was sticky. Taco filling very anemic.
Always out of everything, either beans or rice, I mean ur a Mexican fast food spot , id think I'd make sure to keep that stuff considering almost everything includes stuff like that !! And yet I was short literally a penny and couldn't get my order. A freaking penny, RU serious rn wow
