I been to this location a few times But this time I’m furious Due to the fact I order 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and fries Lmao!!!! Serious I got 2 single patties with soggy , cracking buns and after I was told that the fries are going to be fresh … Maury could come out of retirement to tell you that was LIE!!!! and the fries came out cold (as usually) !!!!! I have no idea what is going on. But I rather go make the trip to rockwall (30mins away) to get whataburger than spend my money at a place that cant get an order right …. Disappointed in every way

Service by Tracee P. was rude in nature. I clearly mis-spoke on order when given but instead of trying to resolve to correct what we wanted, she went on defense to justify her order placed. Wanted biscuit and gravy but got sausage biscuits. If she had repeated the order back to me I may have caught my error. By the way the biscuit and sausage was tasty.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for 3 meals! My husband and I ordered the same meal but he had. no pickles and onion and they couldn’t even label that correctly! The girl at the window was very rude! Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, will pass up this Whataburger location every time!! Absolutely not going back!!!

Every time we go to this location. Everytime our order is wrong. No one upfront to take order. Finally they came up. It took 20 min for us to get our food and then they corrected the order but why this location is always in a mess with getting orders out. Ugh
The worst whataburger I've ever been to. 25 minutes in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the windows there was employees laughing and cutting up. Get a clue Gen z. This is not acceptable
