Today marks our third (3rd) and final attempt to eat here. All three times have been during alleged business hours (currently, the sign reads they're open from 7am until 4pm daily). Each time it has been closed with lights out and no explanation sign. We have been by on a Friday morning at 7:07am, a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday at 10:30am, and today at 3:05pm. All three times, CLOSED. On all three occasions, we've witnessed others trying to dine here as well, so at least it's not just us. Unfortunately, with this type of business approach, it's only a matter of time before Butter café goes out of business.

Tried this café, not horrible but not great. Very average menu, portion sizes were quite small. Eggs were salty, refried beans were dry and unappetizing. Too much oil was used in the preparation of the potatoes and chicken tenders. The mini pancakes were good. Seemed overpriced for the quality of food.

I would recommend for people to try it out and not just take my word. First of all understaffed the cook was the waiter clerk and server. Food wasn’t bad but portions were for children. Had the potatoes egg with chorizo. Tortillas were heated in microwave so very tough. Customer service was good. Coffee was awful also charged for a glass of tap water. Paid almost 20 dollars I could have gone to stripes and gotten better coffee and decent portions.

We came for the first time and absolutely loved everything about this beautiful cafe. Food was amazing and the family friendly atmosphere was ideal for us. We appreciate the hospitality and the Host was so attentive and accommodated our family with kindness and went out of the way to make sure everyone had a pleasant time and great meal! We celebrated a small birthday and they were so helpful in making the moment so special and fun!!! I had the stuffed Avocado with Chicken Salad and that was delicious! Great portions, awesome environment and amazing food - come and see for yourself!

I don't know if it was a bad day for the restaurant, but the beans were sour, we ordered the sunnyside fried eggs and they gave them well cooked. The coffee and chai tea were very good. Shame about the kitchen. The waiter very friendly.

Food was great, but the service was slow. They didn't have enough servers for the people that they had.
