Charleys Cheesesteaks

Today 5/27/2025 at 1400hrs, food was cold had to wait for the sandwich and then extra wait for Friese, Steak I had to look for to find meat on the sandwich. Disappointed

Went around 2pm ordered cheese fries sandwiches and solfdrinks. Drinks were self service. Order came within 10 minutes of ordering.

Ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich meal with fries and a drink.
The meal was cooked fresh to include the sandwich and fries. Overall great experience

I ordered 4 meals with fries and a drink, I only received 3 fries. It took them 20 mins to get them and I had to go back and ask for them. They served about 5 people before they gave me my food! Unexceptable! They didn’t even

Charlie's is a nice place to stop for a quick lunch. Just enough for the wife and I to split.

What a sorry, miserable excuse for a sandwich. I’ve eaten Charley’s at other Exchanges, and they’ve all been wonderful. What I got today was a moment of huh. The cheese wasn’t even melted. They left off mushrooms. The bell peppers were nearly raw. The bread wasn’t toasted. Not sure what is going on at the Randolph Food Court, but re-training may be in order.

There were several issues with my order, being that this was a uber eats order, I understand that some of the issues may not be to blame on Charley's. The first issue was that I was completely missing an order of old school fries. Once the food did arrive, it was ice cold.

Great Food

I bought three philly steak sandwishes at the Converse location they were burned so bad they tasted horrible had to throw them away the fries were good but I asked for cheese fries there was very little cheese for the price I paid was totally not worth my money was thrown away won't be going back
