Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior at Subway
Dear Subway Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at one of your Subway locations. I have always been a loyal customer and enjoyed your sandwiches, but today’s incident was extremely upsetting.
While I was ordering my sandwich, a female employee was helping me. However, during the process, a young male employee came over and took over my order. From the beginning, he spoke to me with disrespect and a very rude attitude. While I was still trying to choose my ingredients, he was rushing me, talking over me, and throwing ingredients like ketchup, mayonnaise, and jalapeños onto the sandwich aggressively and carelessly.
I felt disrespected and humiliated. This is not the quality of service I expect from Subway. I kindly ask that this incident be taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to address this employee’s behavior.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to continue supporting Subway, but I also hope to be treated with the respect every customer deserve

Well after watching the kids that work here (Howard) and the girl at Godfathers pizza. Get there snack sticks and play around for a few minutes he decided to take our order. He dis good after that. But his initial customer service skills are in bad shape. I realize this is probably his first job of course. Just maybe some more training.

The guy working is very strange and tried to scam me by saying he wanted to give me extra meat for being a good person. Told him no I just wanted regular meat he argued with me for over a minute about why I needed extra meat and he was going to give it to me. Finally I gave in and said sure man put it on there and he said that will be 2$ extra. Very strange encounter

I got the NEW SUB called the Cali or something like it...its a flat bread sandwich w spinach, lettuce, cheese, & u can put anything u want on it.
