Normally very good, but today there was no white bread, and what zi got was so hard and overcooked with a slight burnt taste.
Not happy to pay and can’t eat it. No cookies available either.

The service was fast but was overall okay. The atmosphere was decent with everything being clean except for the kitchen. The food tasted alright but the hygiene was very bad. Its an average subway.

Showed up at 5:30 am, girl was working. She seem like she just smoked blunt or something by the way she was so slow. After I waited 3-5 minutes just standing there she finally decided to wash her hands and serve me. Then she proceeded to choose what kind of cheese I wanted without asking me and before I could say no she was already throwing it in the toaster. Then she threw tomatoes on my sandwich when I didn’t mention anything about tomatoes. So I had to tell her to take them off. Just seemed like she was kind of out of it.

I just witnessed the superior service. Damon ( I think that was his name) gave the most grace and patience to the four customers ahead of me. He was gentle and so kind. I hope his supervisors see what a great employee they have.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior at Subway
Dear Subway Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at one of your Subway locations. I have always been a loyal customer and enjoyed your sandwiches, but today’s incident was extremely upsetting.
While I was ordering my sandwich, a female employee was helping me. However, during the process, a young male employee came over and took over my order. From the beginning, he spoke to me with disrespect and a very rude attitude. While I was still trying to choose my ingredients, he was rushing me, talking over me, and throwing ingredients like ketchup, mayonnaise, and jalapeños onto the sandwich aggressively and carelessly.
I felt disrespected and humiliated. This is not the quality of service I expect from Subway. I kindly ask that this incident be taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to address this employee’s behavior.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to continue supporting Subway, but I also hope to be treated with the respect every customer deserve

You need to give my man Jose a raise he is hospital and does his job with care
Well after watching the kids that work here (Howard) and the girl at Godfathers pizza. Get there snack sticks and play around for a few minutes he decided to take our order. He dis good after that. But his initial customer service skills are in bad shape. I realize this is probably his first job of course. Just maybe some more training.
Josh is a great guy. Needs a raise.
April needs to reconsider her life choices.
The cookie was very yummy. Subway as always for quick health the hunger fix.
