Day 3 of trying to find the best menudo in Raymondville. This place isn't it. They do however have decent chicharrones and other delicacies that are good. The corn tortillas are perfect. The menudo was undercooked and served Luke warm not hot. Taqueria Lopez still holding out for #1 menudo

I really liked their pork rinds but for a while now they seem to mix the fresh ones with the old ones because some of them come out rancid. I've told them several times but they don't do anything. Because I let time pass and I buy again and the same thing, some stale ones. Stop buying pork rinds with them
