Little Caesars Pizza

Absolutely unacceptable service.
Ordered a Pretzel Pizza , specifically requested NO SALT, and repeated it clearly multiple times. Cashier said it would be a 15-minute wait, no problem.
When the order came out, it had NO PEPPERONI. Went back inside and told them the pizza was missing toppings. The manager insisted that’s how we ordered it. Seriously? Three people in our truck heard the exact order , NO SALT, not no toppings.
They agreed to remake it (another 15-minute wait), but then the manager had the nerve to tell us we needed to “pay more attention” to how we order because they now had to throw the other pizza away. Excuse me? Instead of taking accountability for their mistake, they immediately blamed the customer.

I like this lil Caesar’s mainly because most likely always gotta wait like 2-10mins which that short I don’t mind because the pizza is 100% going to be fresh!

Bought two pizzas online and they just gave me the hot and ready but I paid more for a different ones. The second time I ordered it would them over 20 minutes to start the order. I had to cancel my order.

They should have Classic pepponi pizzas ready,not wait 25 to 30 minutes. Little Ceasars is suppose to be quick.

Dude came to take my order with headphones in his ears and couldn’t hear my order repeated myself 4 times finally just told him to get someone else to get the order which he actually heard.

It’s great if you don’t call. Just go in and order, the service is great but don’t call cause I guess they don’t have a phone and the automated system pressures you to get the app.

I was pleasantly surprised that I could order thin crust pizza, and at less than $9 with tax, about half what it would have cost me at the Pizza Hut across street (in Raymondville) and just as crispy.

Big pot hole at drive thru

Forgot my card and only had a $50 bill I had stashed, they wouldn't accept it!! I was shocked said we only keep 50 bucks in the register guess they are afraid of being robbed. 4 stars on the cashier he was nice and even gave me the option to take the pizza and come back and pay. Only happens in a small town, very nice of him.
