McDonald's location. The staff can be rude and do not provide condiments unless asked. The cleanliness near the soda refill machine is lacking. Online orders may not be filled properly, and the customer service can be lacking. The restaurant used to provide trays with condiments, but that practice has been discontinued. It can be frustrating to order at the front counter, as the wait times can be long. Despite some issues, they did make a triple cheeseburger upon request.
