If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service and they did not honor coupons as written. No wonder they are always empty. Better options near by that do appreciate their customers.

This subway is by far the worst. Everytime i had put an online order and they dont have an item, instead of them calling you and letting you know they dont have something and ask if you would like something else, they just do whatever they want and add what they want.

Ordered online and then when I went to pick it up, they were out of cheese except shredded cheese, which I didn't want. They refused to give a refund despite misrepresenting what they are selling or able to sell. This is unacceptable and I will never eat at a Subway again.

The sandwiches are really good. The place was empty so we got our food really fast. The workers were very nice and friendly. My only complaint is that they had no mayonnaise.

The veggies are not always super fresh. It is south Texas, so I don't know how much that has to do with the life expectancy of the vegetables. Staff is nice most of the time. I'm sure if I had a complaint, it would be taken care of quickly.

Been there several times and everytime something is wrong with my order today was the last they couldnt get my order right i checked the food missing my drinks had no ice in it at this point when i want subway ill just drive to lyford….

Not sure what happened today, this location always make the sandwiches very good, but today I brought three subs and the meat was completely cold, even though I asked for them toasted.

Poorly stocked. Was out of all types of cheeses except provolone and spinach and lettuce. Ask for extra pickles for my autistic child and they said they were not giving out extra pickles since they were low on stock. Mother-in-law ordered Titan turkey and received standard turkey sandwich with hardly any onions or pickles and it was made on wrong bread. Staff seemed to not care and seemed to be bothered by having many customers. If I could rate this zero Stars

Went to order at the drive thru. Guy was super rude, forgot to put down the order as a combo and then tells me I have to drive all the way around to the speaker box because he can’t add anything at the window?
